AS THINGS GET DIFFICULT EVERYDAY THERE IS A COMPANY SUCKING THE DAYLIGHT OUT OF US! THIS CAN LEAD TO DEPRESSION AS EVERY CENT COUNT! EARLY THIS MONTH I PAID MY SUBSCRIPTION FEES AND ASKED THEM TO DOWNGRAD MY PACKAGE TO ACCESS WHICH WAS CONFIRMED BY THEM! I STILL HAVE A SCREENSHOT .TO MY KNOWLEDGE IT WAS DONE AS IM NOT MUCH OF A TV FAN! THEY ONLY DOWNGRADED ME TODAY AND DEMANDS A FEE TO B PAID IN! I WAS ON CONTRACT WITH TELKOM AND MY FATHER PAID THE BILL AND UNFORTUNATELY PASSED AWAY THEN TELKOM BLOCKED MY NUMBER AND I COULDN'T USE MY NUMBER NO MORE! WORST PART AFTER FEW YEARS WHEN I MEET PEOPLE IN PUBLIC THEY THEY TELL ME THEY STILL REACH ME ON THAT NUMBER EVEN COMPANIES STILL TRY TO CONTACT ME ON THAT NUMBER AS IT WAS ALL OVER OVER MY CVS. I DID LODGE A COMPLAINT WITH TELKOM AND THEY TOLD ME I MUST SORT IT OUT WITH MTN AS THEY PORTED IT BACK TO THEM! FOR SOME TIME BACK AND FORTH I COMMUNICATED THE ISSUE WITH MTN VIA EMAIL AND I WAS TOLD TO MAKE AN AVIDAVIT AND PRESENT IT TO A MTN STORE FOR A SIM SWAP AS THE NUMBER WASNT USED FOR SOME TIME AS A SECURITY CHECK MUST B DONE! ALL THIS PROVED FRUITLESS. WORST PART MTN AND TELKOM WERE DEALING BEHIND MY BACK WITH NO COMMUNICATION WITH ME! I AM A PARAPLEGIC UNEMPLOYED PERSON IN NEED OF A JOB AND GETTING TO COMMUNICATE WITH LOST FAMILY MEMBERS AND THESE 2 MULTI BILLION RAND COMPANIES JUST MAKE MY LIFE WORST! NOW THEY WANT ME TO MAKE ANOTHER PAYMENT AFTER I ALREADY PAID THE 115 WHICH WAS DUE FOR ACCESS I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH DSTV EVERY MONTH! PLEASE JUST FIX UR EMPLOYEES MESS! I AM SURE THEY NOW WANT RE-CONNECTION FEES WHICH I REFUSE TO PAY AS I MADE MY PAYMENT IN TIME AND I GOT A MSG THAT MY DOWNGRAD WAS SCHEDULED WHICH NEVER HAPPENED! WE LIVING ON HARD TIMES AND DSTV IS STILL MAKING MONEY BY HOOK AND CROOK!
AFTER SOME RESEARCH I HAVE BEEN OVERCHARGED WITH SUBS FEES FROM THE TIME OF INCEPTION I JUST WANT THE COMPANY TO FIX THIS ISSUE!
