Tranquil Furnitures are ******. I ordered furniture from them, they were quick to take the money and I still have not received my furniture. Do not order from this company. They make empty promises and will not even return calls.
I purchased a laptop from Homechoice and when it started not working, I reported it to the Cape Town office. They sent a courier service to pick it up. It has been 4 weeks of contacting Homechoice Customer Service with no clear response. I am still expected to pay for a laptop that is faulty and has been recalled by them. This is WRONG.
I visited this store on the 28.07.2015 @ 1230p. As I got in one of the employees, a male told me that if I buy anything in the store I will get 10% discount. I browsed through and as I was I was browsing bumped into an old client/ friend of mine. I'm an interior designer. As we we were chatting I ended up advising her on what cushions to get in the store. 2 sets which I was also interested in buying. We approached a lady called Tabby and asked her to help us. She advised that we would not be getting a 10% discount on the goods or any discount for that matter. I then asked her to check on her system if I as a designer am not entitled to a discount since I think that I might have registered with the company in 2011 when I started my interior design business. she started ridiculing me infront of other clients incl mine saying I am not a designer if I was a designer I should be buying goods for my client instead of advising her on where to go. This meant that she had been listening in on our conversation. She became very rude saying do I think she is stupid. We then decided to leave the store and buy in the Sandton branch. I called the Head Office they promised to call me back today.
I still do not have a response from Kalahari after i reported them here and I was sent an email by a certain Given asking for my log in details and promised to come back to me. Everytime i call them on the 021 number i am promised that someone will get back to me \before 13h00". It is ridiculous. I want the ebook or my money back Kalahari. """
I bought an ebook on the 26th February and I have been struggling to download it on the Adobe Digital Editions. I have emailed and called them asking for help and there has been no response. Their call centre is ALWAYS experiencing high volumes of calls and then cuts you off. If I cannot get this book I want a refund so I can purchase it somewhere else.
