Motus ford Germiston
Bought a car from ford Germiston. Had problems immediately. Took it back with a lot of prommises from the dealer to fix it. Had to call THEM constantly to hear what is happening for over a month. At the end we were to decide to either have it fixed with a 2 month warrenty, a new engine or to cancell the deal. We wanted to take the new engine , but after a meating with Jimmy the new engine was not on the table ever and had such an attitude when i mentiines it i had to leave his office. We eventually cancelled the deal and bought another ford from them because the service from Willem and Tiaan was realy good. Its been 4 days now to finalize the deal, hope it goes swiftly. No mention of bettering the deal or any insentive thus far to show remorse. But we are still happy with the ford make . Even bought a new dc from Willem also.

Bergens Boksburg
Took my Fridge/freezer in for repair. ( did not want to bother my insurance ). After weeks of trying to fix it, loading/unloading. Then its the motor, then its a leak , then they glue it , then they braze it, non stop excuses. Even at home a couple of times, they deemed it un-repaireable and i contacted my insurance. The insurance paid it out. I mailed Bergens Boksburg to ask what about the R3600 i have spend and the R1500 access to the insurance? If they will be willing to pay the access at least. I send the mail on the 22nd of June 2021. No reply. I dealt with Simoney. The owner Adriaan just told me that the branch must sort it out themselves. Adriaan 082***9023

extra cost on top of product cost not explained
Bought a set of wheelarches from Pretoria branch. Had to take it in to cut , trim and drill holes extra to make it fit with an extra cost of R650, and i had to drive to Pretoria. Maybe you should let the clients know that maybe the product wont fit and there will be an extra cost to make it fit, or just get the right product from the start, or don't even buy the product if it doesnt fit.

Miway dragging feet
2 of my Fridge/Freezers packet up at the same time ( Load shedding) I felt bad and only reported 1 to my insurance and had the other one fixed locally. I didnt even claim for all the food that went bad. This was on 27 February 2021 . The one i had fixed was in the same week delivered. Miway is ongoing for 3 weeks now , apparently still doing validations.

Miway assistance
I just added a new Vehicle onto my policy. I had a problem with the vehicle and needed to be towed to the nearest garage. Lindelwa Madikizela called me almost immediately after i logged a tow service on the app. Within an hour the vehicle was picked up and deliverd. Thank you Lindelwa for your great service and follow ups. I could not have asked for better service than this.

Excess on smaller claims not worth it.
I hit a person crossing the road illegally and damaged my side mirror.....the excess was more than the damage so i didnt claim. Months later i lost my keys and again....the excess is more than the claim. If your claim is not significant , dont even bother to claim from miway. I have been with them for years with no claim that was worth it for claiming.
