I would call this experience a joke - but at that point I'd require value for time... Phoned to book a part install (android auto aftermarket OEM part). "Sure come in and we'll fit it for you". Only to be told when I arrive "When would you like to get this done?" after driving 31KM for a branch that (I thought) was capable of understanding my request. Fast forward, I arrive - parts building for Mazda is completely empty. After spending 5 minutes wondering if I could get rich off your assets (laptops, screens, peripherals, etc.), I decided to head to the sales floor for Ford, to request assistance. LOL. Only to be told that the person I'm looking for is in sales, CHILLING by her desk with no urgency to my request of no staff or parts. You all know what happened next... What a disgusting, and prominent (as per usual), display of Mazda as a brand in, specifically, JHB. You only care about the sales, right? Until a customer is throwing a scene and your "head" mechanic (the guy who says 20-ish clips and 3 plugs will take 2-3 hours - LOL) joins the fray? Would like to give a special mention to the branch manager (no name) with zero clue on the situation, and specifically Willem ("head" mechanic) who laughed at me as I walked away initially due to your entire staffs' incompetence. What a joke you indeed are - I'd also be laughing :) stay very far away from this dealership (Mazda owners/buyers) - they are just another bought group trying to make figures at any cost to the client. This complaint has been forwarded to the relevant channels - just leaving it here to warn any future potential clients of your dealership's incompetence. Wow! 1st video is me arriving, 2nd is your staff member with absolutely no care in the world! What a joke, indeed, you guys are! I'd be laughing too walking away from clients 🤝

I don't even know where to begin, from the day I started my application the Finance lady was very rude to me her name is Thembi, very unprofessional and poor in communication and even when I'm fetching my car, I flew all the way from Durban and sent them my landing time but the driver only came an hour late at the airport and when I get to the dealership I had to wait another hour and they know that I still need to drive back to Durban, I'm really not happy at all I regret ever signing up with this dealership!!!

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the ongoing delays in the repair of my vehicle. I originally received an estimated completion date of June 28, 2024, which was communicated to me on April 29, 2024. Subsequently, this date was rescheduled to July 10, 2024. To my dismay, I have now been informed that the new completion date is July 31, 2024. This constant rescheduling is incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. The repair process is now stretching to over three months beyond the initial estimated date.

Bought a car from ford Germiston. Had problems immediately. Took it back with a lot of prommises from the dealer to fix it. Had to call THEM constantly to hear what is happening for over a month. At the end we were to decide to either have it fixed with a 2 month warrenty, a new engine or to cancell the deal. We wanted to take the new engine , but after a meating with Jimmy the new engine was not on the table ever and had such an attitude when i mentiines it i had to leave his office. We eventually cancelled the deal and bought another ford from them because the service from Willem and Tiaan was realy good. Its been 4 days now to finalize the deal, hope it goes swiftly. No mention of bettering the deal or any insentive thus far to show remorse. But we are still happy with the ford make . Even bought a new dc from Willem also.

I absolutely recieve great service everytime I visit this dealership, and has become the only Mazda I service my vehicle, from the service received from the service adviser Charmaine and all other staff.

It's been a month panel beater waiting for parts ,by the looks of things will be waiting for another 3 months . Payment for the car l don't have, insurance and car hire. And mazda can't even help with a curtesy car and it's still under warranty. Think before you buy a mazda

We bought a car from Mazda on the 4th of January, we were told that we have to wait for the funds to clear and for the car to be taken for a roadworthy test. We went to collect it from Mazda on the 11th of January, few days later we notice that the car tyres are old and not in good condition. We then advised the sales person that sold us the car that we are not happy with the tyres can something be done, he kept saying the car went for a roadworthy test and that there is no way the car could have passed. The car was bought cash with no hustles. we are not happy with the quality of the tyres especially the ones at the back. PLEASE ASSIST!!!!!
