I'm so disappointed by the cashiers from Westown Pnp. This morning I went to buy some groceries and the lady at the express till was so called and she started packing my things in one packet and then asked me if I wanted another one and I said no and then she through some of my things roughly & the receipt next to the packet and no smile or thank you after that. Then I went again after work at 16:42 and I was served by Mthembu (that's what's written on the slip) and funny enough from the same till and when I got to the till she was busy chatting with her colleague personal things and with no worry at all she started scanning my things, no greeting whatsoever & only greeted in the middle of scanning my things with the friend still there and chatting, then she scanned a packet without even having the courtesy to ask if I want it or not, then same as the one in the morning, no proper customer service etiquette she just gave me the slip and that was it. It's so disappointing cause this is from a newly establishment but already there's disappointing experiences already.
I don't even know where to begin, from the day I started my application the Finance lady was very rude to me her name is Thembi, very unprofessional and poor in communication and even when I'm fetching my car, I flew all the way from Durban and sent them my landing time but the driver only came an hour late at the airport and when I get to the dealership I had to wait another hour and they know that I still need to drive back to Durban, I'm really not happy at all I regret ever signing up with this dealership!!!
I spoke to Mahloko Rose Mokoena to reconnect my services as I have made a payment and at the beginning of the call I told her that my airtime is about to get finished but she made sure that she assists me quickly and effectively.
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL THIS UNPROFESSIONAL STORE TO PLEASE COME THAKE THEIR COUCH AND PLEASE GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AND PLEASE STOP CALLING ME WITH EMPTY PROMISES, I THINK I REALLY NEEDS TO SPEAK TO MY LAWYERS NOW CAUSE THIS IS REALLY ********* AND NO TCF IS BEING PRACTICED HERE.
I think it's the 4th if not 5th time complaining about the same thing with this store, clearly I need to hire a truck and return back their couch and make sure I never refer coricraft to anyone cause we pay so much but poor service EXTREMELY POOR SRVICE!!!! If only I knew, I wouldn't have wasted my money on this store
Ever since from my last review regarding my couch being picked up to be fixed, I haven't got any assistance instead they call and tell me the pick up dates and tell me that I have to agree with their times whilst I'm telling them that I'm a busy person and all I'm asking is for them to call me the day before pick up for confirmation but clearly we can't agree on that and now it's been months with their broken couch but I paid for it in full with no hassles. I'm beyond disappointed 😞
We booked for my daughter's birthday a month ago and we arrive the table is not set, the waitress takes forever to attend to us, I even asked for the manager Chris and told him and he understood but still nothing is happening, I'm really disappointed and never coming back to this spur ever
Worst service!!!! I placed an order for delivery at 3pm and I've been waiting ever since until 5pm and called the call center and they said that I placed it after delivery hours of which there was no communication on the app when they debited my money, and the manager dropped the call and the. I called again and the agent dropped the call again.and I also ordered milk for my daucereal in the morning cause I can't drive at this point cause my car is faulty, so now my daughter won't have cereal in the morning due to pnp, I'm deleting the app and done with them!! They don't know customer service!!!!!
Pedros Woodburn, we had the worst service ever! We went to pick up our order and the lady who was assisting us kept on giving us attitude and then when we get home the kiddies meal didn't have chips and no sauces or napkins packed. I'm never going back there ever again.
I reported that my couch is making a funny sound and Nadeem reported that to the relevant department and the call center agent called me to let me know that the assessor will be available in my area at the beginning on June and then the assessor called me I think on the day without confirming if I'll be available or not and said that she's coming which I found really unprofessional cause I'm also working so I'm not always available, she then said she won't come but she will send people to come and collect it for review. Secondly the call center agent calls again to confirm the pick up date and then we agreed on a Friday but also told her that can they please call to confirm the time, she said they will call on Thurs of which they didn't and then they called on Fri around 7pm saying that they are in my area, and now I'm supposed to jump for them. I told them I'm not at home and they said okay and I haven't got any feedback ever since. I'm really disappointed at Coricraft as a whole cause we pay so much for great quality but sometimes we get poor service!
