I haven't been receiving any notifications, alerts or calls from cartrack for the past 2 years, I only receive invoices but no high-risk areas alerts. I would like to cancel/deactivate my account
I made a mistake and double paid for my subscription last month, now the are refusing to refund me. I have been sending them my bank statement as proof , now they are ignoring me
We bought a car from Mazda on the 4th of January, we were told that we have to wait for the funds to clear and for the car to be taken for a roadworthy test. We went to collect it from Mazda on the 11th of January, few days later we notice that the car tyres are old and not in good condition. We then advised the sales person that sold us the car that we are not happy with the tyres can something be done, he kept saying the car went for a roadworthy test and that there is no way the car could have passed. The car was bought cash with no hustles. we are not happy with the quality of the tyres especially the ones at the back. PLEASE ASSIST!!!!!
In January I was involved in a car accident, got a courtesy car from Europcar. My car went for repairs and took over 30 days to be ready. I wasn’t informed that I need to take the car back or extend my car hire. Now I’m getting threatening SMS’s from Europcar that I owe them R1800, and that they’ll blacklist me if I don’t pay. I’ve been calling Santam to try sort out this matter, I'm being sent from pillar to post. And they promise that a supervisor will call me back. I want to cancel my insurance ASAP
I have been waiting for Nedbank insurance claims department to call me back regarding my claim, its now more than 3 weeks already. A manager promised to call me with feedback till to date, she's not even replying to my emails.
