I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the ongoing delays in the repair of my vehicle. I originally received an estimated completion date of June 28, 2024, which was communicated to me on April 29, 2024. Subsequently, this date was rescheduled to July 10, 2024. To my dismay, I have now been informed that the new completion date is July 31, 2024. This constant rescheduling is incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. The repair process is now stretching to over three months beyond the initial estimated date.
The Shoprite in Arcadia (Sancadia Centre) has very I'll-trained people. Not a pleasant experience shopping there. A lady named Patty Modiba was very rude to me at the money market desk. She said I'm nagging at her after enquiring
I had an unpleasant experience at the store in Atterbury Value Mart. First it's the continued 'behind-the-counter' staff conversations/chats amid a busy store during peak hours, but this was minor. Secondly, a teller named Skhumbuzo gave me a terrible shopping experience after he had finished with a client and I walked up to his till point and he gave me a very rude attitude on how I should go back on queue. This was said in a rather nasty tone which made me think Skhumbuzo isn't well trained in how to communicate with clients even when he is under pressure in a busy store. Lastly, tellers are not sanitizing the till points after every customer which is, under current law, bad practice for a large company like Adidas. Please train your staff to be consistent. I do not see myself visiting this store again and quite frankly, damaged the brand for me.
The Chicken Licken opposite the Reserve Bank in Pretoria has really bad customer service. A lady by the name of Beauty ignores customers and chats on her phone while serving. The worst is that she is not even audible when calling out ticket numbers which creates large bottlenecks at the collections till. I think this behaviour is a store wide phenomenon. For instance, when I ordered another lady put in a wrong order for 500ml drinks and I asked for 300ml. When she realised she made a mistake she told me the 300ml are finishedand I clearly saw Beauty serving them. She then took my slip back and made the correct order. Where's the integrity?
The shoprite branch in Mthatha Circus Triangle is so badly organised and has poor customer service. Stockpiles were blocking almost every isle in the store on Friday. I have images to prove this. The staff is badly trained and doesn't have regard for the elderly who do shop there. Shoprite plz clean up your store and manage the flow better, staff should be willing to serve that's why they are there in the first place.
I have used FNB for some time now and just upgraded to a premium account. Two days later I get smacked with a R600 fee for transactions that were successful when they were conducted. The rude staff member tells me this is because of past successful transactions billed later when enough funds are not available. Everytime I transact I check my balance on their app but this one time I did not so I would understand a R120 charge for insufficient funds on one transaction but the R600 I don't get. My gold cheque did not give such problems, and transactions that were billed on my gold cheque on the 15th get billed on the 21st? #FNBMustFall #FNBIsNotFair #LeaveFNB #FNBUnfriendlyStaff
I would like to express my greatest disappointment in the Sunnyside Vodashop store. I sent the email below at 08:51am and it is now close of business and no-one has attended to my email. I tried calling the store at ********** 210 numerous times today without no-one answering or returning a call. I had to find out for myself whether my insurance was approved or not. Now that I do know it is approved I need to know whether the model I qualify for is available at the store before coming to collect it instead of me coming and finding out the model isn’t available on stock. The consultant who had assisted me told me that the model will be available this week but I have not received any feedback whatsoever.
