Baddest customer and unprofessional service of my life. The way I have been treated, after that I have my account more then 10 years and never skipped any installment. For so long felt like a loyally customer, but now I feel like closing my account at Woolworths. I bought myself a pair (size 12) flip-flops at Woolworths Secunda on 24 November 2019 and went home and at home I put them on to make sure that they fit for me, I then realize that I may have to get me a size 13. So yesterday I went to Menlyn Mall's WoolWoolworths to go and change it. Then my baddest customer experience started, they told me that they will refuse to refund me (they also didn't had a size 13) because the flip-flop's have a little dust on it, I told them I had them on then I realized that it doesn't fit me then I took them off. But they say they would change it or refund me. I went to complain to the manager (manager of customer service department) after the staff at the customer department inside of the shop also refuse. I went to another manager inside the shop I complain to him, he told me that they have no reanson to refuse me (he also looked at the flip-flops) but he said that he can't help me because he is the manager at bothroom department.
Bad Service We are not getting the services that we are paying for monthly. We went for the weekend away. We did switch on our alarm for the weekend, but we are not at home our alarm did went of on 28 th September 2019and again on 29 th September 2019. Since we installed the latest HYYP app system we can see when the alarm goes off etc. But this morning when I was fed of Secunda security services not phoning us to find out if everything is okay, if not can they sent someone out to check, they did not phone once. I did phone them on 29 th September 2019. Then they told me that I'm not that important now, so I said but I pay your company per month to render your service's to me. I told that I demand service now.
I got a SamSung S5 slim phone from Secunda Vodacom branch on contract. The phone it self is now two months old and the starting to give problems with the what's up app on the phone. So I did we the to the branch to give it in for repair they did a factory reboot on the phone in store and I got back, in order find that the problem is still there, so I sent it in again and again it come with the same problem. Then they sent it away for more proper repair on the phone. But still the phone have the problem. I phone head office today to tell them that I'm fed up with their bad services they give my and they are sorry but they can't replace the phone with a new one. They can't sent it in again for repair. But they make my wanna cancel my contract with them. They don't support me by giving me good service what I paying for each month
