I explained to the accounts lady that I was in hospital for 2 years and was waiting for some money to come in then the account would be settled. They handed me over and a day later I got my compensation. Ive now cancelled them. I ve noticed an indifference by the admin in the way non white customers are treated. Just read a few reviews by non white(indian) customers and you will understand

Cancell my armed responce i paid for my alarm system when they installed it they change the default code to there code now i stuggeling to get them to default again so i can add beams to my system

Last night my alarm kept going off and was only called once and the lady didn't even ask me a security questions. After that it kept going off without the company calling me back i ended switching it off so i can get some sleep. This is not the first time,i onced them to send a technician who came and didn't solve the problem because every now and then the alarm goes off. I found out months later that i was responsible for payment which i did but for what, when the issue is still persistent. Are we even in the hands of this company? The slow response of calling when the alarm goes off is also appauling!

Just moved to Secunda and took over alarm system. It took 7 calls and 4 days for them to just change our pin code. Now that we're activated, it took them 6 minutes just to call once alarm went off. Pathetic!

SSS provided an assessment and solution to upgrade my existing alarm system after a burglary. My family and I are experiencing sleepless nights with intermittent false alarms after the new installation was done, and we are forced to keep the system off or bypass zones to have peace. SSS control room and response teams are also frustrated with the false alarms, and are either slow to respond or never respond at all. After several complaints to Vince and SSS technicians; the practical issues of using the system are not resolved. The workmanship is poor (cable joints are not soldered, no heat shrink - they use insulation tape on joints, the panel wiring is a spider web of mess, and are also reluctant to pull new cables if needed). The arming LED worked for a day only, and now remains off. The LED's are not visible in the morning sunlight, We have to park outside the gate, wait for the gate to fully close and then arm the system, and with no visual indication have to try and access the HYYP app outside the driveway, to check if the system is armed. I am going the legal route to claim my money back from SSS, for a solution that they provided, which is impractical to use and their failure to remedy the problems after I have given them several opportunities to do so.

Bad Service We are not getting the services that we are paying for monthly. We went for the weekend away. We did switch on our alarm for the weekend, but we are not at home our alarm did went of on 28 th September 2019and again on 29 th September 2019. Since we installed the latest HYYP app system we can see when the alarm goes off etc. But this morning when I was fed of Secunda security services not phoning us to find out if everything is okay, if not can they sent someone out to check, they did not phone once. I did phone them on 29 th September 2019. Then they told me that I'm not that important now, so I said but I pay your company per month to render your service's to me. I told that I demand service now.
