I love dining at John Dory's Secunda because the experience is always a delight. The food is consistently exceptional, and the service is top-notch. Wednesdays are particularly special for me because of the irresistible half-price Sushi offer. As soon as I arrive, I am warmly welcomed at the entrance and then escorted to a table. The fish and chips are also delicious. Really is a great treat to go there.
What a suburb hotel. From gate welcome, reception to the room, EXCELLENT! The rooms are very well thought out. Everything is perfect....except, no SHOWER caps! absolutely the best supper at any hotel I have eaten. Absolutely the hotel I would recommend to all my clients. Breakfast could be better, but Covid was a problem when we visited.
As a travel agent, I really expected way better than this. We were greeted in a very friendly manner and given the keys. On arrival at any place, the first thing one needs to do is wash your hands, and we had no hand soap. We received one hand towel and the bath towels, nicely embroidered with Ruresta on them, had holes and tears in them. The parking was narrow and with a bakkie very difficult to maneuver in and out of the gate, yet this small little car was parked behind our entrance, making it a challenge to leave every day. The toilet leaked, and the handle needs to attencien too.
I have always had such a great experience with Platinum life. The people always return my calls and I get what I ask for. Thank you!
Siziwe Ligwa. Thank you!!!! It is just enough for this precious lady s help, She absolutely went out of her way to help me, phoning me twice, as my phone cut off after 28 mins. She made sure my booking was made at the price that I booked online, but could not pay. Thank you to people like you Siziwe that really restore our faith in humanity. I did not know that there are people out there that still care enough for others.

Baie dankie vir die skoon kamers, toiletries, melk en voldoende koffie , heerlike ontbyt, geduld met fotos, hulp met rolstoel op en af dra. Constantia guesthouse is absoluut fantasties, en ek sal BESLIS weer en weer by julle kom bly en mense aanbeveel na julle. Dankie x 10000.
NO BEDSIDE MANNER. Cannot work with people at all. Visited my mom 8 times in 49 days, in hospital, for 4 min a time and charged R9 860. Ripping off the medical aids. I do not know how this man still has a job. He went o a 2 week vacation, returns, and discharges my mom. She was supposed to go a Rehab facility, but he could not be bothered. WE struggled for 2 weeks at home, had to pay a caretaker and eventual got a super Dr to help us with getting Rehab for my mother. Dr du Preez is a disgrace to the orthopedic sector. I am yet to heat a good thing from him. Why does he still he practice.? Why can we not choose which Dr we want when we land up in the Emergency room?
After a horrendous 49.5 days at Trichard hospital near Secunda, I just have to congratulate your team. Care@Midstream is the most sufficient and professional people that I have ever dealt with. From the moment I spoke to Jolene, requesting a bed for my mom, calls, follow up from their side, help with the medical aid, Zoom meeting to keep me updated on her Physiotherapy, ,until collecting my mom after 2 weeks, I cannot get over the professionalism, friendliness and great care. Thank you to an amassing team. You have truly restored my faith in humankind.
