Waar om te begin? DANKIE!!! Dit klink net nie voldoende nie. Jy en jou span is net ABSOLUUT FANTASTIES. Baie baie dankie dat ons vroeer kon inkom en aantrek vir my kind se troue. Baie dankie vir die hulp met my ma en haar rolstoel. Baie dankie vir hek oopmaak. Baie dankie vir die skoon kamers, toiletries, melk en voldoende koffie , heerlike ontbyt, geduld met fotos, hulp met rolstoel op en af dra. Constantia guesthouse is absoluut fantasties, en ek sal BESLIS weer en weer by julle kom bly en mense aanbeveel na julle. Dankie x 10000.

We booked with Constantia Guest Lodge on 3 March, because we had to go to Pretoria for an emergency operation on my dogs leg. This being said, obviously I was already stressed out and worried, so when I saw the photos of this Guesthouse on Booking.com, Agoda and the Guesthouse's website itself, I was extremely impressed with what was being FALSY advertised as a well kept Guesthouse, with "impressive amenities". The amenities listed for this "budget" room, was Air-conditioning-which was a small standing air cooler that was basicallyjust circulationthe extremelyhot air, coffe/tea maker-which was a plastic kettle, a desk- which was a table in a small passage where you could barely fit behind, Private Bathroom, which was a bathroom down the hall with a single key, but with years of mold built up under the silicone. We requested if it would be possible to add a single bed, as it was my father and I that would be sleeping there. They charged me R120 additional, and when they brought up the mattress it was extremely dirty and moldy. We expressed our concerns regarding the room to Ross, which conveniently reminded us that we booked a "budget" room. I also expressed my disappointment in the fact that the advertising photographs on All the booking websites does not display at all the room or bathroom we received. He then mentioned that he has no control over what photos are being used for booking sites and the actual website of Constantia Guest Lodge. We were already very stressed out, and unsatisfied with the room and that we would will be driving the 2 hours back with a sick dog. Ross initially mentioned something about a refund, but all of a sudden said No, we won't be receiving a refund if we leave. This is the WORST guest house I have ever come across, and I have stayed at many backpackers, that was in a cleaner and better condition with Friendlier staff. They clearly are not concerned about customer service and only about getting a paycheck.

<p>We booked in my Contstancia Guest House in Pretoria, the place was a little run down, but that we over looked, then when we got to our room it was blazing hot, the aircon you could not set as the person on duty said "a guest left with the aircon remote" and the remote there was not working. They gave me a fan, but that was purely just to circulate hot air as the two small windows does help anything for circulation. So that evening we told the ppl on site please come and fix it. Smily was there, trying and trying plugging the aircon out by the wall and plugging it back in, nothing. So we cancelled our booking and checked out and booking in at a place down the road, so we phoned Travel ground and told them the story, we were told we will be refunded. Then the Monday we get told sorry, you are only getting back one night and there was nothing wrong with the room and we are the ones lying here.... Why would we endure extra costs staying at a hotel down the road if there was nothing wrong with Constancia??? My jaw is really haning on the ground that the guest house said that we are lying and that is that. It looks like Travelground forgets who is the ones that pays the accounts end of the day. But i will take this legal. Never again will i book with travelground.</p>
