Debit order date is the 23 but they debited on the 20th already causing my account o go into the zero with bank charges of more than R300 to me I want my bank fees paid back to me
Order at burgeking drive trough when i got home the order i paid for was not complete Cant drive 20 km again to sort it out , called secunda burgerking and phone get cutted Order nr CHK 1783
After i phoned them my debit order still went off without funds in my account Please i wyse call me i want to cancell my policy who going to pay for the cost of bouncing debit orders and for the other fees because off your early debit date after i called you i not getting paid early in december this is totally not accecpable to me
Last year i had the same problem again this year getting sms that they collect debit order earlier , then i must call to keep my debit order date the same not every one is getting there salary in advance over december also note that if i have never missed a payment phefetic service if you ask me
Cancell my armed responce i paid for my alarm system when they installed it they change the default code to there code now i stuggeling to get them to default again so i can add beams to my system
They are laying about debit order that i paid told me i paid monthly after the service was surender then i took out new contrack but they debited again in advance so in this case the stole R260 from me because i was actualy in advance with that months payments when i cancelled

Iwyzi have already debited more that you should this month should only collected +-R780 and you debited R1090 now i getting n sms you going to debit another R318.64 for what call me so i can cancell my policy this in not acecptable to me
On the 10th i change my car insurance removed one and added other one The lady told me i have credit because other vehicle is cheaper and that only +- R800 will debited this month instead of the full premuim of +-R1100 but still the full amount get debited dont you update your system accordingly that correct amounts get debited ? When will i recieve my amount that was in credit ?
After 6 years with cartrack i cancel my contrack e gave them notice to cancell on 1st April vai e mail on the 25 the deducted the premuim that in advance for May i stop and reverce it at the bank and every day i get calls i am in arears and mails even forward them the mails and evensualy i recived a cancellation letter but still getting harasted by acount dep .
