I explained to the accounts lady that I was in hospital for 2 years and was waiting for some money to come in then the account would be settled. They handed me over and a day later I got my compensation. Ive now cancelled them. I ve noticed an indifference by the admin in the way non white customers are treated. Just read a few reviews by non white(indian) customers and you will understand

I recently lost my Fibre connection to the internet. Was showing connected but no internet access was available. Technician came out after the weekend and checked. He then told my wife that we were connected. My wife tried to explain to the Palooka that yes we were connected but had no access to the internet. This Palooka could not understand that and another person has to come and then fix the issue. How was this person hired and who trained him since he was about to leave as according to him the issue was resolved. Poor service on vodacoms part in allowing these poorly trained employees to even work there🤔🤔🤔🤔
Called multiple times to cancel my package at beginning of May. It was scheduled for disconnection on 2 June which was not done so I had to call again. Finally managed that. Ow I'm getting messages that they tried to debit my bank account twice. Useless bunch of people employed there because no one is aware of anything. I canceled my premium package due to removal of channels and content. I do not want to see poor local content as it is more in line with cheaper packages. Premium is as it says premium. I want value for money. Local content is of a very low quality and extremely predictable-- well not all of it. But I will not spend the amount on a premium package to see channels being removed and replaced with junk
Now that I saw the article about a fresh mcfroggie served at the Secunda branch, I recall the day my wife ordered a burger from the same branch and in the burger was fresh worms. We complained immediately because this happened right there because we were going to sit in. The manager did not even apologize at all. Disgusted we left McDonald's or should I rather say Mcwormie🤔
