BAD BADA BAD SERVICE. I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW THE CAR WAS TAKEN YESTERDAY MORNING FOR SERVICE AND UNTIL NOW ITS NOT SERVICED. They never sent a quotation to wesbank for approval and they sitting there an not even updating me as a client on the progress. Car slept there without an udtade telling me why its not done yesterday. today its 14:18 I decided to call them. During service they dont even adjust the handbreak which was annothter bad experience with them. NO MORE TAKING OR BUYING FROM THAT DEALER. I love ISUZU but this KEY DEALER RIPPED ME OFF SERIOUS NOT HAPPY.

Until today they never came back to me. They put me to default on my credit score. Okay cartrack did not produce travel trip report. I told them I need it to prove at court that they were lying by putting me in a certain position where my car was not there. I told them I want to cancel but problem I had to pay a fee then waited until the end of contract after I said pay back those months where their track was not working. Come end of contract then I called please cancel and that was over a phone call. They told me they will debit next month because of that 20days. Debit went through and then month after they debit again then reversed my money. Comes early month next they called me then I told them that I canceled that contract then they told me it's active let's do a cancelation again. Phone cut then they sent me a form. I filled it and sent it back. After that they were calls and attorneys credit report default and all. I am so angry and I did again the cancelation this year and it was canceled. Now they still calling me saying I am Owing them and added me as a default payer on my profile. I am soooo ****ed and angry
I have never been so disappointed. I needed track records which they failed to produce. But at first it was working because I could pull via app until it happened that i dont use it much and had a situation where I have to pull a report to prove at court that my car was not at the place where they say it was. Again they set me to default on my credit score but I did cancel their contract. I just proved them using their records.
31 january 2015 my car was involved in an accident by people who took it without my concern. King Price declined the claim because of my two unsuccesfull debit orders where by 1st debit was late after our agreed date 2nd debit my employee payed us late. So i asked King price to bring back my car. They told me to go get it from the towing company. I went there and they refused to give it to me because they wanted their release fees. I called king price and they said they are not reliable for those release FEES. It was not authorised by them. I asked for all recordings. On the recordings \they authorised a once off tow to their YARD". The towing company took it to their YARD and they saying they will not pay because of that. I asked King Price Why do they take my car after that was thier Agreement between the two? they said they cant help me i must go take the car from that Towing guy. Why do i have to go through all this when I was not the one who authorised it? They even sent the refences to each other but not to me? still they say they cant help me i must go get it myself there is nothing they can help me with.
