Ordered a single steel cabinet from them nov 2023. Countless emails and phone calls, but still nothing. Beware of this company, I think they are running a ****. Not sure If they are genuinely supplying larger clients with something then running a side hustle where they take smaller clients money and just hope they forget about it and never refund or deliver? Judging form the other reviews I have read here I suspect this.
I serviced my car at a Bosch service center and as part of discovery insure we receive a discount based on our vitality drive status (which I take seriously). The system was down/ off line whatever the story was, so they contacted discovery who said just forward the payment to discovery afterwards and we will refund the discount to the member. This was done November 2, we are coming up on 3 months ago, and 3 emails by myself to follow up on this. Can I have any kind of feedback here? I get the automated response, but are the relevant people still on holiday, what is happening here?
I am being contacted by Miway on a weekly basis about insurance. I am not looking for insurance, I would start my own search if I were looking. Is there a way to remove myself from the calling list, unsubscribe, or anything. I have requested this with each call, but this has obviously not happened. I am starting to get really annoyed with these calls.
<p>I have had a flat battery in my car for two weeks now, back and forth to battery center for tests, to the car dealership for tests. No issue with the car, but something is drawing too much power, probabaly the tracker unit. </p> <p> </p> <p>Emailed and phoned discovery insure, forwarded a report. phoned again, got the responce that it will take 2-5 working day to get feedback, 2-5 working days to fix my car is even too long, now Im told 2-5 days just to answer my email! I got feedback just to say the report from the dealship is in the wrong format! I actually dont care about a report, just get someone on this!</p> <p> </p> <p>This is unacceptable, can jump start the car to get going everytime, but wife cant go to shops, or go anywhere where someone wont be able to help her get started again.</p> <p> </p> <p>Discovery has part of the policy to assist you at the roadside within 10 minutes of breaking down, but it can't get itself together when I am stranded in my own house, with something that will be easy to test and fix considering installation is only 20 minutes.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will even drive the car somewhere to get it repaired, I will even pay for it, please please please just let me know where to go! </p> <p> </p> <p>Keith</p> <p> </p> <p>Reference number 5 195 280 020</p>
I have checked my account this morning to see a R400.94 and R60 deduction.<br> <br> I received a phone call a week back and she told me something about a bonus payment from a previous policy I had with Auto and General, which is why I listened to what she had to say. However she was very unclear on the phone, I had to ask repeatedly why exactly she was phoning me.<br> <br> She confirmed all my details and at the end of the call I confirmed with her \ this is not a new policy
