The table we received is amazing and exactly what we wanted
They don’t deserve a single star!! I have tried to contact the vitality travel centre for 3 days and have spent over 6 hours on hold!! I booked and paid for tickets ro CT and THeY have not issued the ticket yet!!!! Despite me receiving a confirmation from kulula and the money going off my account I still have no ticket and am due to fly in less than 48 hours !!! Absolutely shocking shocking service and the excuse is always covid .I am totally disgusted as I have been a discover client for years and use all their platforms. I am seriously rethinking this. How can no call centre again be available when I’ve held in call for over 6 hours collectively ???!!
<p>we paid Ginger Green a small fortune to come and sow seeds after the promise of an amazingly green lush lawn. The seeds germinated and the grass started growing but in patches. They blamed us for not watering enough (but they how did the other seeds germinate????) and said they would come back to lay fertilizer etc. I am still waiting for them!!! The service is absolutely shocking - it seems once the miney is in their ban account thats all they care about. </p> <p>PLEASE don't waste your time or money !1</p>
We have just left JB's Corner in Melrose Arch and I can honestly say I will never go back there. The plates we were given to eat our salad off were so old and worn that they were actually grey! The sunshine salad was so bland, my husbands sirloin was over cooked and sinewy and the baked potato which I had with my salmon teriyaki was old and tasted if metal. It felt like we were in a factory churning out food with absolutely no personal touch or care taken to make sure it was of good quality. The only saving grace was that at least the waitress was effieicnet and friendly ! Guys you need a revamp - everything felt tired and totally below average especially for the prices you are charging. Sorry, you won't see me again!
try to do an upgrade and got transfered to 5 peolpe who where all still sleeping when i phoned . this process took 20 min and at the end gave me another number to phone ???
This is the 4th month in a row that I am unable to purchase a gym package using my Vitality Gym Benefit due to an error on the Discovery Vitality website. I keep reporting the problem and they keep apologising assuring me that the technical department are working on the problem! Well they are obviously not doing a good of it as the same issue occurs every single month andI am unable to attend gym sessions while \they work on the problem"yet I still have to pay the full amount every month.<br> they always say that they apologize for the inconvenience etc but in fact they don't actually care - I am just a little drop in their very large ocean and the people on the phone are trained on hoe to respond.<br> I am disgusted and utterly disappointed at Vitality.
