I have allergies, so I ask the manager for two burgers with no mayo on. She tells me there is no mayo on the burgers. I ask what sauces does it have. She tells me 1000 island (main ingredient is mayo) and bbq. I ask her for no 1000 island sauce. My burgers come with another sauce other than bbq on. I tell I can't eat that sauce. She starts arguing with me that I didn't specify no Rave sauce. I tell her she told me there was only bbq and 1000 island. She reluctantly remakes me the burgers. How does a manager not know the ingredients of the sauces as well as what sauces are on the burgers. And why does she come to work grumpy when she is customer facing.
Wow I'm glad posting on Hello Peter helped... thought maybe you guys would take complaints seriously. Again, decided to give this kfc another try. 15 minutes in the queue, no cars have received their food yet in the drive through. Good job at terrible service again. Please can you do something about this. Will not use this kfc again.
I really have tried multiple times (around 5 times) to use this drive through. They have been really slow, and messed up my order every time. I have now sat in the drive through for 15 minutes after placing my order (2 cars in front of me neither moved) I drove away. As this kfc is around the corner from me, I would appreciate it if I could actually choose it as an option when I eat out. Without doubt the worst overall experience with any fast food chain in south africa.
I ordered a ravioli, took it home. Covered in cheese which I am allergic to. I order food based on the menu. If you want to add extras to an item on the menu please let the customer know. I do not have time to return the food and wait for it to be remade. This is such a waste.
Really long wait in drive through, 5 min to service 1 customer. Get food, have to send back food because they didn't follow the no sauce request on the burger. I get home with my take-aways and they have also left out the chips I ordered.<br> <br> Floor covered in gunk. Slow service. Missing Food. No reason to ever go back there again.
