Terrible service Spent more than 20 minutes on the phone while they tried to locate my order. Very unprofessional

Thompson Holidays don't Care
We booked a packaging for a family of 5 to ****et for the July 2022 school holidays. We confirmed our flights with the travel agent on Friday. When we arrived at Cape Town airport Monday morning at 6:30 we were told that they booked the leg to Johannesburg but did not issue the tickets and therefore it lapsed and we had no tickets after paying for our full holiday in March 2022 already. We phoned Thompson that admitted they made the mistake and will try and get us on another flight to Johannesburg and on to ****et. We spent the day waiting at Cape Town airport with three kids and by 15:00 we told to go home as they cant get us any flights and if we don't want to go next year rather. REALLY! Only business class tickets are available but we were told to expensive so they won't pay for them. Now we are waiting for a response from Thompson and getting very little feedback other than we working on it. We can see flights available online but they seem not to be able to book them as they would need to pay all the additional costs. So better for them to postpone one year or if we cancel and get refunded and that's cheaper for them. Shocking service and lack of understanding what is involved in planning a holiday and travelling with 3 kids.

On the 5th Jan 2015 I signed for a upgrade with Vodacom Business Red Professional for IPhone 6 and iPad Air with Wi-Fi 16GB. I also upgraded my data only contract for a iPad Air2 Wi-Fi+3G 128GB. <br> I am still awaiting delivery after 3 months. I was told recently the ipads were discontinued. I got a letter from Apple confirming they still make them. Then the excuse was out of stock and now I am told the deal doesn't exist anymore. I signed in January make good on your promise. I am travelling international this weekend with none of the 2 ipads. Being a business client for more than 15 years this is appalling.
