<p>My mother and I took my 3 kids to go and play and have a milkshake as well as a bite to eat. First of all I had to call a waiter to bring us menu's as no one keeps an eye on new customers walking in. </p> <p>My middle son wanted to go and slide but when he climbed on the slide a loose plank hit him on the side of the leg and ripped off his skin. When I went to inspect the situation, I saw long rusted nails sticking out, many loose planks and other dangerous areas which have no safety railing. It really is unsuitable for children. yes, the playground is used on own risk but surely there should be some standard!?</p> <p>After waiting 20 minutes for our milkshakes we stood up. At that point we have had enough!</p>
I cancelled my internet contract with Telkom in Feb 2015 within the allowed days I have to cancel. It was logged at the shop and all goods were returned. Telkom is claiming I owe them money and have handed me over to debt collectors VVM Attorneys. I went back to the Telkom shop to get proof of the cancellation and forwarded this ti vvm. Nothing has been done and it has been 2 weeks. I had to call a manager to take the case further as no one seemed to be interested in righting a wrong! Vvm now claims that I have made an arrangement to pay which by the way I never did. I refuse to pay for something I do not owe! I want a formal apology from Telkom and my credit rating fixed! SORT THIS OUT PLEASE!!!
I live in an area where we struggle with poor signal. I went to Telkom to get an internet option. It did not work. Within 10 days of getting it I took it back as it could jot puck up a signal. I cancelled the contract. I received bills for three months. I went in twice again to make sure it was cancelled. At Zambezi branch they told me it was logged but still waiting for it to be cancelled I must not worry. This was some time in Feb. They now called me demanding money and said I was liable to pay it. You are the most useless company in our country. YOU are everything that is wrong with this country! Get this sorted out NOW!
I ordered extra data for my Phone as my 1 GB was almost depleted. For some strange reason it took Autopage almost 48 hours to load this onto my phone and Ryan was willing to help me every time I called, he even called me back and what's apped me to let me know of the status and apologized for the delay. Although Autopage as a brand let me down a bit, Ryan saved the day! Ryan you rock and kept me from losing my cool! Thanks for your patience and understanding and excellent client care!<br> <br>
I called Autopage in Menlyn for a once off data bundle to be added to my account yesterday at 10:39 am. Today by 10:44 am I still did not receive my data. I called Autopage again and they said that it was Cell C and their system was still pending the data transfer. Why must I pay R150 for 1 GB of data but I have to wait more than 24 hours? I will absolutely refuse to pay any sort of over use on daa. This is unacceptable in today's time and age! Yet again Cell C fails to deliver! I wish Vodacom has R10000 buy out assistance!
I am struggling with Cell C reception and have been for some time. I called and was told that someone would be sent out to my area to test the signal. Nothing was ever done. I went to Kollenade shopping centre to log a complaint again. That was 2 months ago. Seems like once they have your money they do not care about services any more. Can anybody from Cell C please contact me. I wish Vodacom had a buy out service!
My phone was stolen on the 12th of March (Thursday I think) and I immediately took the necessary steps to get it blocked etc. The Autopage Insurance agent told me for some reason he cvould not get the ICT nr so I had to wait until the next week Tuesday for this nr before the claim could go further. No one ever contacted me to say whether the matter was being dealt with. On Tuesday the next week I phoned them. No it has not been sorted yet wait two more days, someone will call. no one called, I called then again. No the problem is not yet sorted I must wait. then began a trend, I would get a phone call every day at 16:30 pm and the agent would say that the day was basically over and that it would be sorted the next day etc. I finally got my phone after 1 MONTH and many phone calls later. I am very disgusted at the lack of service. The only people who were in any means interested in helping me was Jason from the Menlyn branch and Clematious? I think was her name, the rest is USELESS, especially the Insurance sector. I have never been so helpless in resolving a matter and was astonished with the lack of care from ALL the agents.
