I reported a case of ***** in 12 Dec sameday it happened, I was told to wait for 15- 20 working days which I did till today I never got any feedback they just sent me whatsapp message that they cant reach me for interview but I was surprised I never got any missed call from them I contacted their callcentre immediately after I received the message but the investigator was not available I was told but their agent that they will leave an email for the investigator to contact me but she never did I called again yesterday for feedback the agent said the case was close but I don't understand he told me Viola the investigator was suppose to call me he transfer me to her but she was unreachable as usual so I don't know what to do anymore. She is not doing her job properly this lady.

Darren called in March offering me their product,he asked me How many kg I want To loose and I told him,he Said He Will give me 6 months contract,he asked for My details ,address and My banking details,he Said I can cancel the contract within 3 days by sending Cancel To 0768886459,and he Said he Will contact me again after he verify My details and he did not,the following Day I thought about this money that I have to pay its too much I wont afford it R490 so I bought An airtime and I sent 2 sms saying cancel To 0768886459 and they were delivered and he never called me again and I was suprised when they made a debit order R490 on the 03/04/2015 and I went To the bank To reverse It,they tried their best but It sid not allowed then To,so I Google their tel no and I phone them they Said Darren Will contact me but he still not contacted me and I dont know what am I paying for because they never delivered any product at My home and that was My last money because It was end of My contract at work and I was left with nothing.I not interested in their product I Just want them To refund me and I have been trying To contact them but Voice prompt is finishing My airtime and I sent An sms too
