Terrible! My baggage was left Schipol. I flew KLM from AMS to JNB. No baggage was loaded. I have been trying for 2 days to get hold of SOMEONE or ANYONE to give me feedback on status of my bag.....cannot get hold of ANYONE!!! Literally on the call waiting for someone to pick up the call. After 45min of waiting, I gave up. This happened on MULTIPLE occasions! Still no feedback or response! I have no idea where my luggage is. Terrible!!
My dad had life insurance at Old Mutual for decades. He passed way 4.5 months ago and we (my sibling and I) have been trying since he passed away to start the paper work and get the proceedings underway to get payment. NOT ONLY IS THE CUSTOMER CONTACT SERVICE HORRIBLE AND UTTERLY USELESS!! But IF you get through (which NEVER happens), the people on the phone HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO ASSIST US! We are still NO CLOSER to getting proceedings underway than we were 4 months ago! We have been to head office, we have been to the local branch, emailed, called,.....NOTHING HAS HELPED! If this is not addressed I plan to take this to social media.!! I am not asking for any favours, I am simply asking for the money that is owed to us LEGALLY!!!
Good day, My father passed away in Oct and I have been trying to cancel is MTN number (make it prepaid) ever since! This is now December and I have had no response as to what has happened. I call and the call-centre personnel will tell me it is cancelled. However if i go into the MTN branch to change ownership of the remaining MTN number to my mom's name - they say there is no confirmation of cancellation on the system. Going through the death of a parent is already a really difficult time in my life, trying to resolve all these kind of admin issues for my mother has only made things even worse with the lack of response or service from MTN! It has been 3 months and NOTHING has been confirmed. How is that possible?! There are many other service providers I can go to .... if service is this bad!?
Absolutely appauling. I had to wait almost 2 weeks to get a courier which should have only taken 3-4 days at most! The parcel was first stuck at the JHB office even after my address was confirmed for the Eastern Cape. Then once it arrived at East London, the driver did not take my package for delivery the next day and so I had to wait another 3 days for delivery! THIS IS NOT OK! The other Courier services like DHL and RAM are so much better organised in comparison! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE! And it is impossible to get hold of ANYONE in the East London branch. I tried calling for 2 days and got no response. The CTN and JHB offices had to help me in the end!
My friends and I wanted to enjoy a movie last night at the Secunda Mall Ster-Kinekor.<br> <br> But there was NO POPCORN at all. Not only was there NO POPCORN, but the service from the lady behind the till was atrocious. In such a situation, it is expected that the customers will be upset or frustrated. The lady should have been more understanding and willing to explain the situation to the customers. Instead she was RUDE, ABRUPT & just SHRUGGED HER SHOULDERS when asked about the popcorn!<br> We then decided instead of popcorn, we'll have only SODA. THERE WAS NO SODA EITHER. And the shelves were empty - NO CHOCOLATES/SWEETS.<br> <br> It is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE that an establishment and entertainment facility such as Sterkinekor - has NO POPCORN, NO SODA & BAD SERVICE as well! <br> <br> This is NOT an isolated occurrence. It has happened many times at this Secunda branch. We get to the cinema and they have NO COKE or NO POPCORN or NO SALT/ SPICES for the popcorn. And everytime we ask for assistance, we are given a shrug or rude reply. <br> <br> To add to everything, NO ONE checked our tickets before entering the cinema area. ANYONE could have walked in to watch ANY movie!<br> SUB-STANDARD SERVICE IS UNACCEPTABLE!
