Bidvest / Hertz: Stay away from these Car Rental Companies in RSA
I have been trying since 12pm today to book a rental car until 14 December 2019. No chump change, but apparently car rental companies in this country DO NOT NEED CLIENTS. I actually phones Bidvest to discuss my driver's license, emailed them... NO RESPONSE (Email provided by them: vouchers.pt@bidvestcarrental.co.za), I've also done an online booking with Hertz... I phoned them PAST my booking time, as I have still not received the promised Email confirming my booking. The call center advised me to "wait". It has been 4 hours of "waiting", NO email, NO call back... MY SUGGESTION would be for small businesses to start taking over the market... there's a real gap there. It is QUITE CLEAR that car rental companies in RSA does NOT CARE about gaining customers. Shameful.... They charge exorbitant fees for NON SERVICE

Telkom??? More like NOkom... CHARGING FOR NO SERVICES RENDERED
REALLY, it's going to take Telkom a MONTH to stop a service they have not provided for in the last THREE (3) MONTHS??? I will NOT be paying this bill. AFTER EIGHT (8) emails since 06 August 2019, Telkom provided NO service or customer support. Should I be blacklisted, OR taken for court regarding the non-payment; I will ensure that every newspaper in this country knows about it. I am DONE with a complete lack of service delivery AND being charged by incompetent service providers. With the ever increasing cost of living in South Africa, it is shameful to think that a company like TELKOM can't provide basic services (like moving a fiber line) to a long-standing customer; HOWEVER, even when NOT providing the service, STILL expect the customer to pay. It is clear that complaints / request for service to TELKOM are falling on deaf ears. TELKOM is only there to make money; why else charge clients for services NOT provided / utilized. Stay away from First Help - they have no interest in helping people.
My son's motorcycle was towed (after his accident on 5 May 2019) without his or my consent; which is illegal. I've contacted First Help, UTASA and just keep getting emails back saying "we will get back to you", "the matter is being investigated". Caution to the public, rather find a reputable company. It is now more than 2 months later, and still no clear answers or assistance.

Bank card cloned and money illegally deducted!
I've been trying for months now for Planet Fitness to stop taking money from my account, but they simply ignore you. It shows on my statement that my bankcard was swiped, however, it is with me. Which to me is a clear indication that they cloned my card. BEWARE - rather find a gym that does not steal money

Fraudsters - do not buy from them
They are fraudsters and thieves. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. Transferred money for a vehicle, NO VEHICLE, NO REFUND. They simply ignore you. Will open a formal case of fraud at the police now.

Opel - NO NO NO
Do not EVER buy an Opel. Clutch plate replaced at 6,000km; 9,000km and 58,000km (was a brand new car) 61,000km - new coil pack required. Stay away from Opel!

Worst Service
Midrand Branch - worst service ever. Car kept for days and no call backs. Constantly phoning and are told "we'll call you back". Word of advise - don't buy Opel and take your car anywhere but here.

Excellent service
<p>Another pool company messed up with the move of my pool pump.</p> <p> </p> <p>Pretoria Pools came back to me in a really short span of time. They located and repaired the problem without any hassle.</p> <p> </p> <p>In future I'll definitely make use of their service again.</p> <p> </p> <p>High level of professionalism and customer care.</p>

Shoddy service
<p>My pool was redone by Blue Pool after I had problems with water leaks and a pool motor that needed to be moved.</p> <p>The repainting was fine, but the moment the pool was filled up, water were leaking out at an alarming rate. I contacted Luke and requested him to come and look at the problem. I was told to get a leak detector (this AFTER Blue Pool moved my pipes, etc.)</p> <p>I eventually paid another company (Pretoria Pools) who did an amazing job - no leak detector required. They ended up fixing pipes shoddily installed by Blue Pool.</p> <p> </p> <p>Do NOT use Blue Pool unless you have additional money to waste on another company to come and fix their problems.</p>
