I am very disappoint,I have been calling Vodacom to reverse the migration that was done on my line. Each time I call them they tell me that my request has been escalated and there after nothing happens. When they call me I did ask if I can be able to reverse the migration if I a not happy and they said yes.Now I am feeling that Vodacom only cares about making money and not about their clients. They have even blocked my line from calling them,to call them I have to use my prepaid line.I am the paying client and I deserve some respect.I have been calling them since the beginning of the month and they keep on telling me that my request has been escalated. This morning they told me that I have to pay R2000 for them to do the reversal.I was never told about the R2000 reversal fee when they called me.
I contacted vodacom after realizing that my SIM Card has been swapped. Vodacom promised to investigate and get back to me within 14 days ,It has been over a month of waiting.I have called, sent email and nobody sims to care. My SIM Card was fraudulently swapped, the fraudster used my whats app to ask money from my contacts.Only one person from my contacts sent money thinking that he was helping me. Vodacom requested a statement from me and my contact, all the documents they requested were sent to them. Obviously the fraudster is within Vodacom or is someone who has contacts from within Vodacom.I faile three times to swap my own SIM Card and ended up doing it at the Vodacom outlet. Vodacom doesnt seem to care about its clients,I was told not to call the customer care and when I call fraud department nobody answers.
I got a credit card from African Bank in 2011 from African Bank. The deal was that I'll pay R510 every month irrespective of whether I have used it or not. The agreement stated that I should inform the bank if I loose my job or get retrenched. I lost my job in 2012 and my account was up to date. I personally submitted all the documents to Roodepoort African bank brunch and a week later I receive a confirmation that the account has been paid. Three month later I received a call from African Bank demanding payment of R510,I told the caller my story and she told me that the insurance paid half. I am still getting SMS's demanding payment and I don't understand why the insurance paid half while my account was up to date.
I bought a used Toyota Avanza from Caxmax in Jules street for R85000. The car had lot of problems that were not disclosed. I made a decision to buy that car based on the false report that was presented to me. I was not even told that I am buying a voetstoot (As Is) car. I transferred the money into their account and later on I was asked to signed the invoice. I signed the invoice without even reading as it was already a done deal. The car had problems with starting and I was told that it was because it has been parked for a while. After driving for 200m I realised that the speedometer was not working, I then made a U-turn to the dealer, when I pulled the hand brake the car rolled back. Mohamed told me that I should bring the car the next day as they were about to close. I discovered that the Dipstick was too short to reach the oil in the Engine , I then drive to Limpopo and the started to overheat when I was driving back. I had to carry a 25L bottle of water in the car and kept on adding water whenever the car overheated. I felt that the dealer took an advantage of me by not disclosing all the defects in the car and that they don't care about their clients.
