Please take particular care with this company. We have travelled from Dbn to Jhb 3 times as well as arrange a courier to bring parts to us from Jeep Bullies. We have given them all the required details including the vin number on multiple occasions from the very first time we contacted them. They first gave us the gearbox and told us it was the right one. Then we discovered that the torque converter was wrong so they said they’d swap it. Then we discovered that the flex plate was wrong and again we had to go back to collect a replacement. We then take all the parts back to our mechanic who tries to fix the gearbox onto the vehicle, only to discover that Jeep Bullies have supp**** us with entirely the wrong gearbox. We contacted them over the past few days and they told us to swap all the parts for the right parts, we would have to pay in R2000. When we called them today to get a quote to confirm that figure and they now tell us we need to pay in an additional R7000! Not only are they completely *********** but they will charge you for their mistakes all while blaming you. We are now having to go the legal route to recoup the well over R40000 we have spent both on parts and on travelling to collect from them. BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL when dealing with these people.
Someone else wrote that BetterMe is faking reviews and I'm inclined to agree. When you go onto external review pages, there are thousands of bad reviews. I have just tested my internet by running a NASA YouTube video at 2160p and it worked perfectly - no glitching, no buffering, just beautiful and clear. Run a video on Better me at 360p and it freezes to buffer on average every 12 seconds for various lengths of time. Contact them about it and you get an automated response to go and look at some completely irrelevant FAQ.
Ive complained about this at a different branch. Did you transfer the same manager to a new store? Please stop playing christian religious sermons and music in pick n pay clothing stores. Its offensive to everyone else that isn’t christian.
Utterly atrocious service. When I first joined webafrica, I was impressed with their efficiency because they were still hooking me in. I pay for a 500/100 line but I am not receiving remotely close to what I should be getting. I have spoken, through their terrible whatsapp service, to seven different customer care individuals. Two of them have told me their critical care department will contact me. On both occasions, no one has bothered to contact me. I have had to contact them well after the 48 hours they promise every time. Not once have they bothered to contact me. They snatch my money out the account but the same speed isnt offered when it comes to fixing the problem. Ive been trying to get a solution for two weeks. It would be quicker to join another ISP. I will be going to all social media to warn people about this DISGUSTING SERVICE. What am I paying for?
Ive just joined. You’ve taken my money, dropped off a router and abandoned me. I now have no internet and I can’t get through to anyone - including your utterly useless whatsapp bot. So if you can’t be bothered, then I’m going to make sure all social media gets to hear of your less than adequate service.
Anyone using the fatsecret app might want to compare their calorie ratings against a variety of other sources. It seems very strange that their calories for most foods are almost always nearly Double what other sources claim for the same quantities. This means you might actually be starving yourself. Be wary.
I just went through the KFC drivethrough, collected my order and drove home only to discover Ive been charged for two of the items that I ordered, but only one has been included. Now, I could go back but they’d just say it was there. So beware customers of KFC Winklespruit- ALWAYS check your order. They will leave items out and when you call them- like I just did, an incompetent person answers and mumbles incoherently at you until you hang up without a result.
It is utterly disgusting that a company dealing with communications, is unable to set up a CUSTOMER CARE line that actually answers the phone. It is also completely appalling that their App is incapable of accepting a query from its customers. Why should anyone remain with a company that snatches the money from your account but couldn’t be bothered to provide the service they've snatched the money for?
Pick n Pay clothing Galleria playing christian music on a Sunday is a disgusting disregard for all other religions and cultures that shop there and when I mentioned that to the staff, they laughed in my face.
I just spent R38000.00 at BW in Riverhorse Valley. First, they forgot to add a single item to the delivery list and it took them over 45 minutes to correct their mistake while I stood there in their hot, airless warehouse with no fan or a suggestion of a chair. The person finally corrected their mistake and we came home only to be called by the same person to tell us that they had undercharged us by R300 for one item and they had not included a roll of edging. They wanted us to take the 30 minute drive back to the warehouse to pay for it, so we would have to pay more in fuel and time for their incompetence. We are happy to pay by eft but why should we have to then waste our time and fuel to fix their mistakes? I know our measly R38000.00 means nothing to Builders Warehouse so I want the public to know what level of ridiculousness they will encounter at both the business premises but also after the fact when they call you to admit they’ve made a mistake but want you to fix it.
