My car was bumped. They paid out, but will not pay excess out Their response to our claim "A recovery is never a given and it is something CIB does as a courtesy to get your excess (your first amount payable) and their costs back on your loss ratio" So they will not do me the courtesy of claiming my excess back. Why? Because both parties are covered by CIB, so it is not in their interest to pay out. They can decline it because they get to save the money. So if you are with CIB, and you happen to be bumped by someone else who is covered by them, they will not bother to claim your excess back, whether it is your fault or not.
I bought a cell phone on Sunday at Mr Price. The Supervisor who helped me didn't tell me that it is Network Locked. I went back an hour later to find out how to insert the SIM and use the phone. They told me that I can't return the phone. The sales person Nicky assured me that I can use my current sim card which is Telkom. It was loaded as a second SIM. I can not access the data on my second SIM for data. It will not allow me. YOUR SALES PEOPLE AND MANAGERS NEED TO TELL THE CLIENTS IT IS NETWORK LOGGED. I have wasted money on a phone that I can't use and I am not allowed to return it because it is 'not faulty'. If they had told me the right info I wouldn't have bought it but they can't fix their problem because of internal policies!!!! DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!!!! What must i do with this piece of @#$% phone now?
I have tried to take out a contract for 4 data "mifi"routers" on 18/04/2019. I still don't have them. Every time you submit a document, they want something else. They don't read the scanned documents and ask for them over again. The only reply you get is "that is the way it works" Do you want new business MTN???
Summer Mobile phoned me 2 months ago to tell me that i am due for an upgrade. I selected a phone for the upgrade and they said that it would be 5 to 10 days for delivery. I phoned a month after the upgrade to find out why i hadn't received the phone. The consultant said that he can see it has been a long time and that he would follow up and find out why the phone was not delivered.<br> I phoned again today because i haven't received my phone yet.<br> The consultant said that the deal had been cancelled because there is no stock available.<br> Disgusting Service Summer Mobile!!!! Absolutely no feedback and I had to phone each time to follow up. Nobody had the courtesy to update me at ant stage. <br> I will find a service provider who wants my business
