Relaxing bush stay
My husband and I had a fantastic stay at Ngiri Safaris. The staff is very welcoming, pleasant and very helpful. We stayed in one of the cabins which really made you feel like you were secluded in the bush. We also had an absolutely amazing game drive. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend staying at Ngiri Safaris to everyone. #WIN

Fantastic
I am very impressed by the quality of the products sold at HomeGrowers. Their expertise and customer service is absolutely fantastic. The staff is always very helpful and incredibly friendly, and the prices are amazing. HomeGrowers is the best place to go for all your urban farming needs!!

Best garden centre
A wide range of plants to buy at fantastic prices. The staff is always so helpful and friendly every time I visit. I always have such a fantastic experience every time I visit. This is definitely my favorite garden centre!!

Amazing place!!!
My husband and I spend four amazing nights at the game reserve. We stayed at De Kleine Serengeti which was exceptional. The game reserve itself is fabulous and really is like a mini Kruger Park except a lot quieter which makes it fantastic for game viewing. Dinokeng is so beautiful, peaceful and the best place to unwind. We explored the self-drive routes and went on such an adventure!! We saw so many animals and it was such an amazing experience that we will definitely be coming back to visit in the near future!

Appalling service -Samsung Eastgate can't keep promises.
I am absolutely appalled with Samsung Eastgate's service. On the 3rd January 2018, I sent my cellphone in for a warranty repair. After two weeks of lots of promises and no delivery on said promises, I finally got my phone back, only to find out the very same day that it didn't work. I took it back at my earliest convenience, which was two days later, and was told the issue would be fixed. It has now been a further almost three weeks and I have had promise after promise for calls to be returned, parts to be ordered, and lead times, of which none of these have been upheld. Excuses have ranged from faulty parts to delays in delivery and even people not taking responsibility for their promises (I have spoken to Barbara, Mohammed and at least three different people, and I have even spoken to an online representative from Samsung). If this is the kind of service Samsung would like their customers to receive, at least have the decency to tell me so and I will never buy a Samsung product again.

Disappointed with the lack of customer service
I have been enquiring about the possibility of purchasing a few binders for one of the magazines I regularly purchase from the CNA stores, however I never seem to get an answer as to whether or not it is possible to purchase the binders directly from CNA.<br> <br> I have tried to find out from the store on numerous occasions, however, every time I went into the store to enquire, I was informed that I needed to find out from the magazine manager (who never seems to be available). I kept getting redirected to various people, but no one was able to inform me whether or not I am able to order the binders through the store. <br> <br> I then decided to contact the CNA customer services directly and after explaining my situation, I was redirected to more people. As a customer service facility, it should be their responsibility to find out the relevant information from the applicable people and inform the customer and not send the customer on another \wild goose chase".<br> <br> I am very disappointed with the CNA customer service"
