I needed parts for a Honda mower that they did not stock, as the machine was imported from Australia. Even so, Bazil took a lot of time and effort to locate the parts in Japan. Unfortunately the cost was prohibitive, so we didn't order. Again Bazil gave us good advice on another issue. I stay 250km out of Cape Town, so I just could not just pop in. They should be your first port of call when you need parts of repairs.
What good service and fantastic to be able to speak to a human being who is not in a Call Centre. Dylan was very helpful with my order and I will definitely recommend EcoHub going forward....
New dual Low Profile fridge/freezer works great. Had an AC issue whilst in Namibia on way to Zambia. Contacted HO and they were able to get things sorted if we wanted in Windhoek. As the DC side was working we managed ok. But they were very happy to get things done. On my return, the unit was taken for repair to a Snomaster agent in Caledon . Their service was very prompt and Professional. The AC Power Control Unit had blown, which could have been from a power surge, not covered by warranty but was not charged for by Snomaster.
Service is pathetic, cannot understand why banks use this company. They make an appointment for delivery with a reference number and then they say they have no card when you call them when they done't turn up. Then they send an sms to say a representative will call and you never receive a call. They could not organize a booze up in a brewery.
We recently moved and the cell phone reception is poor, only allowing us to SMS but not receive or make calls. We contacted MTN on 23 February to ask if MTN would be able to improve the signal as we have signal some 100 metres away from our house. We were advised that we would be contacted in 12 days. Nearly two months later we have heard nothing despite ringing nearly every week to see if anyone is going to make contact. Each time we are told our query is being escalated. All we are asking for is someone to contact us/visit us to advise if the signal can be improved. If not then we will try and make an alternative solution. We run a business and do not have a land line, thus the cell phone is our only means of communication. We are desperate to resolve the situation, with our without MTN, but we just need to know if there is anything they can do from their side before we pursue an alternative. To go two months without any contact from MTN shows a complete lack of service and support for us their customers. We have been with MTN for 15 years, but will be reconsidering our service provider once our contracts are up for renewal.
