Awful! Bought a brand new Big Boy Revival 150 s****** from Mohammed at Wierda Park branch. S****** had disconnected light on delivery and broke down 5 times next to road. Two of these times directly after service. After last service air filter was cleaned in stead of replaced but charged at replaced rate. Bolts were missing from brakes, and s****** came back with speedometer broken. Phoned and emailed Big Boy Head Office they said it's a dealership problem although the s****** is under warranty. Paid R900 for last 3000km service. ..s****** broke down again. ..dealership refused to give reason. Looks like problem on s****** which now has been in for repairs 7 times since it was bought in May. Highly disgusted that between Big Boy and dealership no one takes responsibility. Last conversation with Big Boy they said I had to take it up with the dealership who can simply not be trusted. Why does Big Boy give a warranty that they try and get out of?
Requested a quote from Vodacom to fix a 2 year old Samsung Tab1 that kept on rebooting. They quoted me R3600 - the parts was R3100. Not accepting their quote I went home and googled on the internet possible solutions for this problem. I found it and followed the instructions. Problem solved. Believe me I am no technical expert hence the reason I took the phone in for repairs - but you can damn well believe the shock and distrust I now have for Vodacom. Not having to mention lack of customer service they provide. I walked in there at 09h00 there were two customers, the rest of the stations were open. I had to take a ticket and wait till I was called. In the mean time I had to sit and watch staff sitting at each others stations and chatting, eventually I got up and asked one of the ladies if anybody could help me - she looked upset at me for the interruption because she was taking a photo of her computer screen which had a tattoo displayed on it - she told me very politely I had to wait till I was called. I went back to the seating area and waited a few more minutes till I was assisted.
I bought a bed and mattress from Coricraft about 15 months ago, The mattress I noticed started to dent in on the one side. I phone them a few weeks ago. The came to inspect it yesterday. The two gentlemen immediately when they walked into the room noticed that there was a problem with the bed. They sat on it and said that there is a problem with the springs. They filled out the report and left. I was contacted this morning and a lady informed me that they would not be replacing the mattress because it had a two coffee stains on it. I laughed I said is this a joke? I noticed the two small coffee stains but I mean it would have taken two minutes to remove it with soap and water. I asked her but what about the faulty springs, she said no its not their problem and sounded very smug , I still thought its a joke - then she got rather rude and I realised it was not a prank, but that it was blatantly obvious that they were passing the buck and looking for a easy way out. I cant believe that Coricraft would risk their reputation like this? My mind is saying to me this must be a joke?? Unbelievable.
