TOOK A MOBIUS WI FI DEVICE CONTRACT, DEVICE RECEIVED BUT NEVER WORKED FOR A SINGLE DAY AFTER FAILED ATTEMPTS TO GET THEM TO FIX IT THEY AGREED TO TAKE IT BACK. THEY TOOK THEIR DEVICE BACK WHICH I NEVER USED AND ARE NOW HARRASSING ME THROUGH MBD ATTORNEYS FOR MONEY I SUPPOSEDLY OWE THEM, FOWE THEM FOR WHAT WHEN I NEVER USED THEIR DEVICE??????????
Had 6 month loan with Finchoice, paid by debit order every month. on the last month I changed banking details and made a cash payment a day after the debit order would have been due (25 instead of 26 the of the month), and this supposedly attracted interest. I am being harrassed daily by no more less than 10 collection calls for R100 owed. Explaining to the call centre agents is futile as I continue to receive more calls each day.
I bought wooden bunk beds from Tafelberg Furnishers in March, three months later both beds had cracks<br> I phoned the sales representative and she promised to phone the supplier for the past 7-8 weeks been following up on this until today they advised that the damage is not covered under the warranty as the warranty is only 1 month
Feeling helpless now, I took my phone to Vodacom on 30 April after another complaint,<br> phone was sent to East London Branch where they were suppose to repair it but was returned to Cape Town on 11 May where I have been advised that it has been repaired but they are experiencing problems with the IMEI Server for 2 weeks now and no one can tell me when this will be resolved as the person (Lucas) who was helping me is on leave, was referred to a Customer Relations Manager (Chantelle) who I left a message for and was promised would call me back but never did
I took out contract with Vodacom (East London) in March 2014, my phone (Samsung S4 - has a warranty for 2 free screen repairs )screen was damaged in November 2014 and I booked it in with Vodacom East London for repairs, 3 weeks later I received back because the repairs were done in JHB. Now my screen has been damaged for the second time, I took it to Vodacom Wynberg Maynard Mall Branch because I now live in the Wynberg, they told me it will take 21 days but I can take it to the Samsung Smart Lab Myself if I'm in a hurry because that's where they do their repairs, so I took the phone to Samsung because they could do it for me on the same day instead of waiting 21 days, to my surprise Samsung Technician advised that my phone is out of wearranty for screen repairs as I 've already done 2 screen repairs ( their system reflects 1 Done in Vodacom East London on 26 November 2014 and another on 1 December 2014 at Vodacom Kelvin) and he referred me back to Vodacom to rectify, 3 Vodacom shops in Cape Town refuse to help as they are only Franchises and my contract was done in East London
