Bounce has been absolutely amazing, my kids cant get enough and we have ever been there at the Fourways branch where the staff did not go the extra mile.
Bounce Fourways Mall is amazing, their staff always treat the kids well, their energy levels are as if their shift just started and we often go in the last hour of the day, I am impressed every time we go.
Fourways Mall Bounce was amazing the staff there made the experience all the better, we went the last shift 5 to 6 on a day before a public holiday and not one single staff member looked dull or lacked energy they all looked fresh and ready to help and seemed like they loved their jobs it was really lovely.

Good Day , for awhile now i have been complaining about the quality of the Dr's in the fourways area on the fedhealth network, the ones i have had to go to all seem like they just started practising . But i have now called all 6 of the so called network dr's on the website, Dr keyser no longer takes private patients and only works at the clinic , dr smook has left gautent, Dr Motsamai have confirmed they dont take fedhealth, Dr Naidoo have confirmed not a network dr, charges normal rates and if no funds will have to pay , Nirvana incorporated have confirmed they are a cash practice and dont take medical aid although they charge medical aid rates dont accept medical aid, this is ridiculous, why are all the good dr's only accepting Discovery ? my premium is right up there with the Discovery premium ,i will get more savings and more Dr's in area actually accept Discovery ? I want to know i can go to a reputable dr once my savings are depleted with my 13 month old , i have been a loyal client of fedhealth for over 5 years now, so dont want to change but if the quality of the GP's on the network dont change we will be left with no choice, please update your list of network dr's and get more dr's in the fourways are, its ridiculous that we only have 1 option, i am suppose to be able to nominate a gp per member. but now there is only 1 option in whole area, i even got sent an updated list today and its exaclty as per the website, i mean Dr Smook no longer in gauteng why is she on the updated list for 2018 , this is so frustrating
I closed my credit card in January 2015 , i paid three different settlement amounts which i got on the 19th then the 20th was told there is still another amount outstanding that's why i havent received a settlement letter as yet, so on the 21st again queried on the settlement letter and was told there is another amount outstanding, now 8 months later, i receive an sms saying that there is still an amount outstanding, i have not heard anything in the last 8 months i thought this was dealt with. i spoke to zanele last week who said she will send me a statement still haven't received anything called today and spoke to CIndy, i have now paid the amount which has gone up since last week , please can i get confirmation that my card is now closed and that i will not get any other unexpected amounts that needs to be paid. Good Day on the 27th of April I bought a voucher for permanent make up to be done, I have heard bad reviews from the place and decided to cancel the voucher, on the voucher it says you have 7 working days to cancel it. and this does not include public holidays and weekends , so on the 4th of May I emailed them as per the instruction of the voucher and you get a response back that they will contact you within 2 working days. I have still not had any response I have sent a second email with no luck, their contact centre 0212017100 just rings and says for English press 1 and all calls are recorded but no one answers you don't get redirected. <br> I would like a refund please attend to it . On the 24th of Feb I sent a request that I want my dependant to be swopped to a main member. <br> I did not receive any notification of what will happen next, on the 8th of april I received a Membership Termination letter, I then called in just to be told then , that that's how it gets done to cancel and the provide a new membership number, I phoned in on the 8th spoke to shiraz, ont he 9th spoke to tk and on the 10th spoke to Nesiba, reference numbers REF080415Q8B8JO AND REF100415Q8FYNN ON the last call I asked how the new msa will work it, if it gets transferred , I got explained that that is a separate issue and I will be notified should something be outstanding. I haven't received one email with a statement of what I owe, not one sms of what I owe or where I can pay it, Today I receive an sms saying that my benefits have been suspended pending a payment of outstanding ITC balance of R203.60 , have I now been handed to the ITC without notifying me where to pay this or that its outstanding? this is shocking I moved to Fedhealth because I heard people talk well of them but all my interactions with them has been horrible, I wont recommend you to anyone and will look for alternatives.
