Poor company
Pathetic service. Always blames everyone except themselves. Elsa is not a friendly person and she scams people with properties as they try and sell a house without building plans that are approved

Stay Away!
These guys will take your money and never deliver a service. Proper scammers. No help and no support after they take your money. Even after cancelling the still debit your account. Stay far far away!!

PAying for nothing
<p>When i moved medical aids from Discovery to Fedhealth I was promised a world of benefits only to find out that once savings are depleted you are *****ed. The sales person told me that we will have dental and GP visits even if our savings are depleted. Now only to find out that the network providers that he gave me isnt on the list and they only cover basic needs. What am i paying a medical aid for? Most useless medical aid I ever belonged to and will definitly stop my cover at the end of the year. I dont even have a self payment gap to get unlimited cover. So this means i already spent R10000 out of my own pocket which i cant claim back for any reason. </p>

Pathetic Service
My Fiance has been on the scheme for more than 5 months. After she fell ill with bronchitis they didnt want her to be admitted to hospital because they wanted a medical history for a year to see if this is repatitive. And furthermore they want a plan what the doctor will do once she is admitted. How will a doctor see her if she is not admitted???

Bad Service Delivery
In the first place the courier came earlier than the time agreed and the power was off at the office so i couldn't print my fica documentation. afterwards the courier had a very bad attitude and left saying he will return later which he never did. Then they send the new driver the wrong details when he came to my house on Saturday. He could accept the Fica documentation due to the wrong address. Now FNB went and just cancelled the card
