Never use National Letting Centurion as Estate Agents. Lesley never replies to emails or answers phone calls. We moved out on 15th February and to this day still waiting for the outgoing inspection document as well as a refund on our Deposit. The new tenant moved in 15th February and paid rental for half a month while we paid full month rental. Still waiting for the refund on that as well. Beyond frustrated.
I had an order with Afrihost but then they could not deliver on the fibre package. They charged me an Installation fee that was debited of my bank account and now I have to wait for them to one day do the refund. Afrihost do not think twice when taking their money but when it comes to refunding money that is yours they take forever. Is this how they make their money?
I have placed orders with two ISP now in a months time. Every time the problem seems to be with Vumatel. The issue is that there is an in-flight installation on the address but I am the only person staying in the Unit now for a month. Previous tenant has cancelled his ISP. There should be no issue activating the fibre line on my account. Why is this been an issue???? I have been patient the whole time but this is now ridiculous. No one wants to help with this.
Worst Service ever. Afrihost takes money for installation fee of fibre and then no service. It has been two week since I placed my order and no internet. No feedback.
Good day<br> <br> I took out a loans with Wonga. The loans bounced back and money was never paid over. I am struggling to get a letter stating that this is what happened. Now it appears on ITC as a bad credit record. Wonga is so fast to pay money over but asking for a letter is a problem they cannot assist you with that. My account is paid up and nothing is outstanding. <br> <br> I am very frustrated with them at the moment.
