I have been on Telkom mobile contract since 2014, just last month I decided to switch over to prepaid from post paid, the process was followed to the letter, since Friday last week when the change should have taken effect my SIM got locked. I called the call centre and they sent me to a store where they made the same call to the customer care to assist, they apparently have an indicator for ***** which is convenient for them considering they will not be getting post payments from me for the next 10 years, I am highly disappointed and angry because my SIM and number I've had for 10 years is blocked and they will only be able to investigate after 72 hours, this is an inconvenience and very suspicious.
Terrible customer care experience, cannot get through to any consultant, only robots. Mxm.
I had an issue with my flight and I requested a rentalcars consultant to pause my booking for a future date. They confirmed that they cannot accommodate me and basically said they will take my money with no service rendered, the experience was extremely poor. I will never recommend this company to anyone because of the lack of compassion.
Very upset with the poor teleservice options in this time, I have been trying to cancel my mobile insurance for the last 3 months and have still not been assisted, im very close to cancelling all my services with this network provider.
Telkom has the best deals hands down! No other network can compare but why is there no signal in 90%of JHB, I work in the city central, you would think this would be the epicentre of amazing signal but it is so ****, I cant even make a clear phone call from my office, my question is, how is this possible that the biggest network in the country has such bad coverage. Please fix it!
This is the last straw, I have had issues with 3 out of 3 items that I've bought from this store for various items, there is absolutely no workflow between supplier, store and delivery team. The staff completely eliminate themselves from the matter and try to place blame on externals, the manager if thats what he can even be called, he stands around like a Christmas tree, not saying or actively doing something to assist. Fairprice I will never buy from your stores ever again. Your customer service is non-existent. I honestly do not understand how this business remains existent.
