These guys - PDFHelp.com - use the classic, yellow, bait-and-switch style of advertising. Their ads say "Free PDF Editing!" I fell for this and, like a *****, spent many minutes uploading and editing my document. Guess what.. when you try to download your document, you are asked to pay. When I wrote their support department an email to complain, I was told by Victor Nathan, from PDFHelp Support, that "We would like to clarify that the editing tools on our platform can be used for free, allowing users to upload and modify their documents within the editor. However, in order to download the edited document in the desired format, a membership is required." Yes, genius, I know, that is what happened to me, based on your misleading advertising, and a process which you neglected to mention to me from the beginning. I hope this review helps other people to avoid them like the plague - which I will do from now on.
I have been hosting websites for clients for more than 13 years with Imaginet. Whenever I log a query, more often than not, somebody will phone me back within minutes, even after hours. Extremely happy with the level of their service.
Pathetic & atrocious service. When I at last received my policy documents on June 11 2025 which I wanted to review (after numerous requests since Feb 2025) I then tried to cancel it. All communication from Mr Cele <mdr.sbibmdr@standardbank.co.za> stopped the moment I instructed him to cancel my policy. At the beginning of July, I was AGAIN debited despite my cancellation instructions. I then wrote to the so-called complaint department <complaint.resolutioncentre@standardbank.co.za>. No response. I wrote again. Finally, somebody told me the issue was referred to <SBISComplaints@standardbank.co.za>. I have contacted them 3 times now and STILL NOTHING. I cannot go to my branch because I am travelling in the UK. Absolutely pathetic service. When I get back, I will cancel all my SB accounts and products, go to a new bank, and warn as many people as I can reach via social media: STAY AWAY FROM STANDARD BANK.
This company continues to send me unsolicited spam SMS messages. I have replied with STOP multiple times yet the spam continues. I do not know where they got my number.

Instead of getting my business, they have thoroughly succeeded in alienating me from this company, regardless of whatever happens next.
