Don’t even deserve 1 star!!!!
Please don’t waste your time buying from this company- placed an order with them 26 January and still waiting, quick to send you the paid invoice but that’s where it all stops, no updates, not responding to mails ,and phone calls pointless, I also started getting phishing link messages the day after I placed the order stating to be the same courier company that was on my invoice. Stay away!!!!

Poor service
Very disappointed 😡😡I bought a garmin watch and a foldable camping sink from them , a week and a half later picked it up and in my box was cheap perfume and the sink was actually a strainer, so both my items was wrong, had to drive out my fuel to take it back and now I don’t hear anything from them , I mailed them to try and explain the watch is a birthday present that I need latest this Saturday with no luck just a snotty reply’s from Kauthar.B telling me the only option is ,I need to place a new order and pay again 😡😡to maybe have the watch in time, no willingness to help their clients at all, wont buy from them again!!!

Upgrade without my consent, NOT RESOLVED YET AGAIN
Hi , so again my account was deducted for the full amount !!!! After my first post on hello peter I quickly got 2 phone calls from you guys promising me it won’t happen again ,and that the contract would be stopped ,and my money would be refunded but there you just go again and steal my money, I am so fed up with you guys I , would like for someone to read this that can assist me with building up a case against Vodacom, I will really not hesitate to go to court with this to get compensated for all the discomfort !!hours on the phone !!! ,For 9 months now it’s been carrying on ,I want this resolved ASAP!!! I want all my money back, from when the contract was supposed to stop. Or I will take this further , I cannot take this **** anymore!!!

Upgrade without my consent!!!!!
I am so GATVOL with Vodacom it’s not even funny, been deducting money from my acc now for 8 months, on a upgrade that was done without my consent!!! And a whole lot of other problems, After hour’s on the phone with them just getting tossed around from one department to another more than 50 calls to them already and no luck just a few reference numbers on the so called reversals that they implement that comes nothing of ,and that doesn’t mean a thing ,And clearly I am not the only one ,I feel like they just been stealing my money, I am so Done with Vodacom once I finally manage to stop and end my contracts, won’t advise anybody to ever go with Vodacom !!!!

Don't trust this guy
He comes forward as a professional , but don't be fooled he will not deliver and you wil not see your money again . He took money from alot of poeple and dit not deliver and he's got a lot of so tricks up his sleeve

He must pay
Hi poeple I think we must all go and pay him a visit at he's supposed new factory!!! ( if it exists ) would like to meet him face to face. He set up his advert and collected deposits for as long as possible that's why he played us all for so long to buy him more time to collect, now it's game over that's why he dont advertise anymore I think. Wonder what his up to next!!!

I also paid money to Chris f***** c*nt but he never delivered all the same story's as the above complaints I got stuffed around for 2 months by this **** he is very arrogant but he wil get his day the wheel is turning
