I received a 3 months Disney Plus promotion from DSTV on the 18th of May 2022. It only worked for a month and stopped. I have been complaining to DSTV since the 21st of June 2022, and I have not being assisted. Mind you, on the 20th June, DSTV sent me an SMS reminder saying I have 2 months left of promotional Disney Plus. They say they resolve issues within 48 hours, but It's been 8 days now without being able to watch Disney Plus. Their IT guys and customer service don't know what they're doing. I'm thinking of cancelling the whole premium service. It's useless.

I just wanted to thank Anthony Dayaram for hounouring the 1 year guarantee on a Snug Poer Bank that I bought.

I received a new one.

I was helped by Sesi Phasha with regard to getting the latest policy schedule, and the service I received was well done. Thank you.

Afternoon. I was previously a Nashua customer. We were then moved to MTN. The Billing Department? Disaster. I constantly received an invoice saying that I have over-spent each month. I'm suppose to pay a total of less than R400 each month. But every time I receive a Bill, it comes as high as R800. I'm on Open-Line. I'm not new on that package. So, I know how it works. I closely monitor my spending well, and even if I check my airtime it will show that I still have credit left. Yet customer services will say that I used all my airtime and I will be charged out-of-bundle rates.
So basically the problem that I have is, even after MTN credit my account with my monthly allowance, customer services will still say I dont have airtime, hence I will be charged out of bundle. This has led to me being over charged, because they say that I dont have airtime, even though it shows on my phone.

MTN has only credited me for one month, what about all those month that I have been over charged? Why is the customer care not seeing my airtime, while I see it.
Since January I had a problem with how MTN bills me. Every month they say i have overspent on voice calls, yet there's airtime left at the end of my \cycle ". It shows that I have airtime left"
Initially I was with Nashua. I was due for an upgrade, then a Consultant CALLED to make me an offer. At first I refused, but he later said that should I accept this offer(MTN Anytime 200), I will receive an extra 200 off peak minutes, totallying 400 minutes per month. This was a good offer as I refused the former offer multiple times. He said that I should just accept the MTN Anytime 200, then I will later received the 200 off peak. As much as I accepted all this, I started making calls to Nashua, the following day, to make sure that all of this was true, and to get the copy of the contract. They later told me that such a contract(MTN Anytime 200 + 200 off peak) does not exist. But advised me that I should wait for Airtime to be credited in my account so that I can be sure.

I later realised that the consultant lied to me, and that constituted a Breach of Contract. When I called Nashua they told me that I should wait for the migration to MTN, then I can start making enquiries. The bad customer service of MTN makes everything difficult for me. I have been complaining about this contract before it even started, I have documented emails in this regard.

Please cancel my contract.
