Buffallo Logistics Sucks!
Buffallo Logistics is horrible horrible horrible! - they have delivered to me on behalf of Shein countless times, yet, all of a sudden they cannot find my address, blaming a 3rd party service provider. This is really not my problem - they are in the business of logistics and can't get it right!! The parcel was received in the BUFFALO Airport warehouse on 7 April and has still not arrived at my premises on 19 April. Usually parcels take two weeks in total from date of placement of order with Shein until date of receipt by me. This parcel has spent nearly 3 weeks floating around the buffallo wharehouse. I am not sure why they even have a call centre, as the agents don't have any more information than you can pick up on the tracking site. Manager refused to speak to me, notwithstanding that I could hear the manager liaising with the call center agent in the background, and no complaint escalation detailed provided as required by Consumer Standards. Manager's Name can only be noted as Frieda (apparently the call centre agent didn't know her surname) and The Call centre agent can be noted as Chantelle / Chanelle Dustin (at least she knew her own surname). Next step, I guess would be an ombud complaint, but who has the time for that. Now I don't have items needed for my upcoming trip!! What a Sh*tShow.

Bad Experience
Van Heerden Letting Marine Rd, Uvongo, Margate, 4270 Vacation home rental agency Janet Hofman 463 points 12 minutes ago Van Heerdens Letting is a professional holiday letting agency operating along the South Coast. Their service is prompt and professional. The unit that was let to us was unfortunately not up to scratch. Poorly maintained and not comfortably or appropriately furnished for two families of four, with the bunk beds being unsleepable. Additionally, the South Coast is actually an undesirable holiday destination as many of the lagoons, which flow into the sea, are contaminated with sewage as a result of the municipalities failure to maintain the sewer lines properly. My family and I became violently ill from swimming at utentweni beach and also manaba beach. We had to cut our holiday short as a result. When we visited, uvongo beach and ramsgate were both closed due to contamination. We met many more families in casualty suffering the same ailments and learned of more families that also had to cut their holidays short as a result of becoming sick from swimming in contaminated water. I would not recommend anywhere on this coastline as a holiday destination and would make appropriate enquiries prior to travelling to the area to ensure that there are no contaminants in the waters.

Alu Decor // Worst ever
Nothing, absolutely nothing has gone right with these oaks. They are about 2 month over schedule with installation lots of broken promises and the windows and doors are still not right. Over and above, I have the owner threatening and swearing at me (I have it recorded). Absolutely disgusting, it takes a real big man to threaten and swear at a woman. If they could get things right I wouldn't have to be on their case. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE... VERY BAD NEWS.
