I've always received amazing service but in February I bought a new toilet for my parents and they only opened it today, to my surprise it didn't have the wholr flushing machenism inside, when calling I was told it was check and they can't do anything... How wasvI supposed to know that was not their as a customer when you buy an item u expect it to be of proper quality especially because toilets aren't my field of expectees

Good day On the 20th of March 2024 I paid for wifi and was told it will be installed abd I should wait for a call. days past and it was not installed until I inquired about the installation. I was later told that it was installed and in used although I was never called or signed anything for installation. I was advised it would be fixed and installation would eventually take place but that didn't happen. I later requested for a refund because I had been sent from pillar to post with no assistance all I received was bad service and abuse and I had proof through various WhatsApp conversations. I'd like for this matter to be resolved and a full refund because this has cost me a lot financially and I cannot install wifi with any other provider because my address shows that there's wifi already installed at my address
My mom a pensioner opened a pep account and ask if there were no monthly service payments and if they were how much were they and the pep consultant said they are no fees 😢 the account kept accumulating, we went to the store and to my surprise NO knows or understands anything about the account why are staff members not upskilled
Yesterday I went to withdraw money at Checkers Cradlestone where I waited in the line jus to be told that I need to wait for the till to accumulate money so I can make my withdrawal.... I took a walk then went back to their money market had to stand in a line with 5 people in front of me while I was going there for the second time in my heavily pregnant state, the manager was busy walking around with a lady that I suspect is the supervisor without assisting... To add on to that I was then moved from the till I was on to another the given an inexperienced cashier, I left the shop dizzy and had to wait for a while before driving abd they carried on as if we had all day... Which I thought was rubbish, maybe I was supposed to give birth there for them to be competent
On the 24th of July I called car track and cancelled my subscription after I been with them for almost 5 years , I spoke to a guy called Wonder who told me it was possible to cancel telephonically although I would be billed for the month - which I was ohk with. For the past few months I have been harassed by car track and they are unlawfuly debiting from my account. I requested for the call for that day as it is my right but I am still waiting. I feel like my rights were violated and I should not be billed for a service I am not using after I canceled more than once.
