My fiancé recently went to the Shield carwash at the Glen shopping center, it is a very convenient location as she had some shopping to do as well The gentleman that spoke to her said that the vehicle was very dirty. Exactly the reason why she had taken it to the carwash. She went about her way and did her shopping, when she returned and spoke to the gentlemen she had spoken to earlier regarding payment that's when he had a rather unique remark He said that she must give the worker that cleaned the vehicle a good tip for cleaning the vehicle. If you are supposed to tip the worker then why must she pay the amount agreed upon. Tips are given at the customers own discretion. When she got into the vehicle there were still marks on the radio, dash, steering wheel, doors, there were still marks on and in the cup holders. She also later realised that 1 of the carpets was missing She phoned me and told me about her experience and said that she would never use their services again. She also told me that prior to going to the carwash she had taken out a lot of the papers and ******* and throw it away She also remarked that the supervisor or the manager had a rather unique mannerism about how he spoke to her. I will not be using their services in the future as well.
I recently was referred to @wardog_customs by someone I know regarding the service of my motorcycle which I haven't been able to do or find the time to result someone competent I contacted the owner on a Sunday afternoon expecting a reply only the following day. To my surprise the owner replied and was very friendly. I explained what I needed to be done and he gave me a rough estimate on a service. I also told him that with my work schedule I wouldn't wouldn't able to drop off or collect the bike. He said that wouldn't be a problem as they have a collection and delivery service. I was in constant contact with the owner and he gave me regular feedback about the service and what was being done. He started loading the bike for delivery and tested it one last time. He noticed something was not correct and instead of closing up shop and doing it the next day he gave me a update and fixed it immediately He personally delivered the bike to my house at 20:00 and explained everything to me so well that even my children would understand He also told me that I'll be getting a invoice the next day, he serviced and delivered the bike even before receiving a single rand! I am extremely happy with service and will most definitely use them from here on
I would like to share my experience with Tactical HQ I recently bought a 2nd hand pistol and needed a part for it, I phoned and a friendly gentleman by the name of Tristan answered the phone I explained my situation, he didn't have a answer for my immediately and took my details. I received a WhatsApp later that day (15/03/21) from his personal number saying that he is not sure about what part I need so I sent him a few pictures alongside a parts diagram. He put the part on order and within a couple of business days he said that the part is at his supplier ready for shipping to Tactical HQ This morning (24/03/21) I received a phone call saying that the part has arrived. Thank you to Tristan and the Tactical HQ team for this speedy service, you have definitely won a customer
I am very pleasantly impressed by Ford the Glen. I phoned to book my vehicle in for a service and they helped me immediately the very next day. When I arrived everything was laid out professionally and in line with covid regulations. The staff was friendly and helpful. Ky service advisors was Alison Davies. She kept me updated constantly and gave me honest and direct answers to any questions. My vehicle was cleaned and sanitized as well before collection. I would definitely use this dealership again in the future!

It was to my delight this morning when I had a incident with my vehicle. My phone rang and I heard a very friendly voice from discovery insure just to check if everything was fine and if I was safe.<br> It is not very often that people use this website to compliment services but I want to give a very big thank you to Paulus from Discovery for going the extra mile
