I was charged R30 twice for a trip that i did not take. I called into customer care line to log a formal dispute for the refund. I was speaking to a rude consultant by the name of Baatseba whom when we started on the call she was doing verification and asking me for my contact number. I called out the number and she rudely interrupted me and said i need to call the number slow or else i am not going to get my refund. Like how the hell to you say that to the client as if i am being made a favor. I do not care if its R60 however its mine. I do not appreciate the tone and rudeness she confidently said am i done? After i have corrected her that you do not speak yo clients like that rather say that i am fast can i say it slow. The attitude and the tone its just disgusting. Worst service you could think of.
I have never ever received such a BAD PATHETIC service from Debonairs pizza dobsonville. On the 20/12/2021 i ordered a pizza at 19;22 & delivery only came @ 21;33 the driver was very rude and stated he had a lot of deliveries and there is nothing he can do about it. Pizza was dry and my wings sauce was burned and the pizza box was very untidy and cold. I'm so irate because by that time i could not log a complaint as the restaurant was long closed however i did log it online and 24 hours later no response. The number that called me was 0119886173 when they only told me they on their way to deliver. The driver stated that his sorry dropped the pizza and drove off so my understanding is if its cold i return it but where because already i paid R209.80 online. I just cannot believe that i had to wait 2 hours just for delivery it was so annoying that i even have to keep waiting for the driver. I wish i could have not ordered with them.
