I recently interacted with “icargezina613@gmail” via their TikTok platform, enquiring about a Mercedes Benz A class, blue in color. Basic of sales/marketing, product (said car) pricing (unknown) place (their TikTok) promo (as advertised, however incomplete). On the platform, multiple individuals ask about price but the response is a generic reply. More than that the reply I got was “leave it”. Such attitude. Is this the brands position on how to treat prospective customers. I thought it good I raise this with you to take serious moving forward. A customer innocently enquires and is met by revolting attitude, on a public platform. I have pictorial evidence of the incident if the company would require. Thank you
Because Vodacom has week system to verify people who are opening contracts, some took advantage of that and somehow got a contract using my ID and details. However the address etc is wrong. Vodacom , despite previous engagements on this matter, they have handed me over messing up my credit record. Even the debt collector is surprised this matter is with them, they are assist me not this ******* Vodacom
I purchase sneakers from Opulent Attire online, payed and they have disappeared. I can't tract my order, they have not contact numbers. I am warning others, this is a **** and my money is gone. 2 weeks later, I am left with no places to escalate ( because their online page doesn't allow). Frustrated and ****med. The change presented new challenges in navigating the site.<br> <br> I made this known given the fact that I am a frequent user and depend on them to understand what's in the market to aid my business. The AutoTrade site was the mos user friendly of all its competitors hence they are my go-to site.<br> <br> After having voiced my opinion on social media the team at Autotrader swiftly got back to me,called me even to gain insight on why it is I'm struggling. Safe to say,they've noted my concerns, advised me to keep contact on daily use considering possible teething issue.<br> <br> I most impressed by the level of professionalism and consideration, even for a small user such as myself!<br> <br> Big Ups to Autotrader South Africa on the call back and the subsiquent advise!<br> <br> THANK YOU!
