I paid my subscription that was supposed to be due on December 2024... then they had issues with ICASA or something. Now no communication whatsoever now when i open my tv it says im not subcribed, while i paid but i cant view anything...

I've been a good customer, I only missed one payment and the block my buying power just because it's black Friday.
Couried a parcel on the 25th November 2022, from Vaal to Midrand, when I trace its still saying its in their hub in JHB, they still can't get my parcel to me, while the option choose was for less than 24hrs delivery,,,, since last week they been saying they are investigating..... I mean how annoying is that now one has to delay their holidays due to this
Thanks a lot to Mr Gouws, he really went an extra miles in assisting me even though I didn't know exactly what brand or code of the items I required. I hope the experience i got from him is what everyone gets... and man the time it took to get help was jiffy
They called me to offer me a DATA contract which was 2G anytime plus 2G night. Then boom after few months they only give me 2G and when I enquire they hang up on me
I’ve been trying to cancel my contract with Vodacom since 25th March 2021. I spoke to some lady which I forgot her name, she convinced and offered a deal I liked. To my surprise no delivery after 7 days. When I call back they don’t see any purchase order on my name, yet today 01 April 2021, I’m paying my bill... I called again today 01 April 2021 and spoke to Busi who said a lady will call me back by the name of Yvonne in 5minutes to my surprise it’s been over 4hours now still no call..... I wish I could just stop making payments but my credit score will be affected, I guess that’s what Vodacom plans as they can’t seem to help me upgrade nor cancel so I can move to other service providers
Its been 2 full months now struggling to upgrade. Last week monday Dean called me and he promised that someone will call me back to assist with the upgrade but as usual no one called me up to so far.. I think if Corona dont kill me the lack of service from Vodacom will definitely do.
My contract expired 11th December 2020, Ive been trying to get upgrade but your agents keep saying they will call me back, now you sent me a bill but couldn’t get someone to contact me but got someone to send a bill... I’m not even going to go on the Shakeoff competition because that’s a true Scam... all I wana know now is how many more time should I call before I could get assisted?
Just this noon I bought street wise pap, then boom they serve me with rotten chicken pieces, like really rotten. The so called chef even had the audacity to say he would had see it before cooking as if his eyes and nose can’t function well... I’m never stepping my foot in KFC for such a bad service.
