The worst gym you can find. Poor hygiene and customer service. As an swim athlete the pool has been in an terrible state for months. The water temperature does not come right. The water has been dirty and smell terrible. Currently not even the showers has warm water. There are days when the chemical contents in the pool are so high that it burns your skin. I have entered into an agreement with this gym for the pool to train in, and nothing else. I have been complaining about the pool for months and the gym ignore all requests. The temporary manager called me after my bad review and promised that the gym are fixing the pool from 15 July until month end. No work has been done so far and the new manager at the gym are not even aware of any approved repairs on the swimming pool. It can even take another 2 months before any repairs can start. I have been paying my membership fees all these months without any benefit of the pool. All the gym say is " if the pool is not working can't I do something else at the gym". There is no contact information available on a higher level. The gym offered to open my membership to another gym which add another additional 48km travel / fuel per gym visit. I get penalized by my Sanlam benefits because I have been able to swim since April. This can not continue like this. I had to cancel with the swim coach that assisted me with my swim stroke development. I currently compete in events without proper training.
Very satisfied with the service received. Both my dogs is on Dotsure and it's effortless. It's so easy to submit a claim and the response is instant. I could get better service.

In my opinion it's one of the best insurers. Great service. As a busy person and under severe pressure during the day, I don't have time to sit on a call for 30 min or more to get insurance for my vehicle and household. One of the consultants called me (Karen Coombs) very competent in her work, and she explained the process in less than 5 mins. An email was sent with a few questions, and I could reply when I had the time to respond. Karen prepared the quotation and send it back to me. Everything was in writing, and I could read it properly in detail. I rep**** yes and the documents came back almost immediately, and it took me a few minutes to electronically sign the documents. Effortless. I hate calls, your mind is somewhere else while a consultant read the documents @ 300 words per minute, and you just say yes yes yes with the hope to end the call soon as possible. I like the way Momentum respect your time during working hours. Great work and service. Thank you, Karen, for making this so easy for me. So glad I'm back with Momentum.
