She guided me to the waiting area and assisted me throughout the process. Although my query was a bit challenging due to system issues, I still felt completely heard and well taken care of. <div>I cannot express enough the level of frustration, stress, and financial burden that Screed Flooring SA has caused our family. What was supposed to be a straightforward flooring project turned into an absolute nightmare, leaving us thousands of rands out of pocket and deeply disillusioned by their appalling service and complete lack of accountability. From the start, their workmanship was nothing short of disastrous. The screed flooring was patchy and uneven, and in the process, they damaged the skirting throughout our house — which we had to replace at our own expense. We repeatedly requested for the owner, to come and assess the shocking state of the work after multiple failed attempts by his team to correct it. For weeks, our requests were ignored. It was only after three failed attempts to fix their substandard work that +++++ finally showed up, only to agree that the flooring was indeed not up to standard. We requested that he appoint a new team to fix the mess, of which he agreed but once again, only for us as the client to seek accommodation at our own expense. Throughout this debacle, our family — including a young child — was repeatedly displaced from our home. We had to cover the costs of alternative living arrangements ourselves, as we were continuously misled about the time required to complete the work. There was no regard for the immense inconvenience they were causing. To make matters worse, +++++ has now completely ghosted us, refusing to answer calls or respond to messages. Yet, when it came to demanding payment, the company was lightning-fast and relentless. The disparity between their eagerness to collect money and their absence when it came to rectifying their failures is staggering. This experience has not only been a massive financial setback but an emotional toll on our entire family. The level of unprofessionalism and disregard for clients at Screed Flooring SA is truly gutter-level. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy — avoid them at all costs if you value your home, your sanity, and your hard-earned money. Calls get rejected, no feedback, terrible attitudes, worst property company to deal with!!! Customer for months on end giving you much business but the service just gets worse!!!
