Unhappy with Bestmed
I honestly dont get why Bestmed makes you wait a whole 4 months to refund you your unused medical saving and then ask you to submit a request at the begining of the 5th month only to make you wait another two whole week to give you your money honestly ridiculous.

If there is one bank that doesn't deserve to be in existence it's ABSA bank highly *********** those ones. Currently dealing with a consultant by the name Desney Williams she lies and gives vague explanations. STAY AWAY IF POSSIBLE.

Terrible experience
So i bet two tickets this afternoon both predicting which team will win the remainder of the match both tickets i predicted correctly but according to supabet i lost on both tickets one ticket was single team i predicted was already in the lead when bet was placed ended up winning the match the other ticket was a multiple 1 team won the match and scored another goal the other team won but never scored again both teams were also in the lead when bet was placed. Now i queried the tickets as to why i lost when i had predicted correctly on both ticket bare in mind bet option is which team will win the remainder of the match. Response i got was when i bet on a match that has already started started and goals included both teams will be on 0-0 at the time of betting. Shouldnt this be in the rules terms and conditions so that people can be aware of it before placing bets WHICH TEAM IS TO WIN THE REMAINDER OF THE MATCH. Isnt this misleading?

But why do we need to struggle when doing a withdrawal from the fund I will most certainly not recommend AF 4-6 weeks its been even longer than that can i please have my money.

Repair job not done
I booked in my iphone on the 29th of April the screen was cracked and the phone would not charge or switch on at all. Since the phone arrived DOA a the store i was told that a quote would be sent to me after the phone is diagnosed later that evenong i recieved a quote for R1798 for the scrren to be repalced and the battery i accepted. The following day 29 April i recieved a call from that store that my phone was repaired and ready for collectioni went to collect the phone and paid the requested amount. a day or 2 later i noticed the phones battery would get drained quickly withouth me having to use the phone at all, I booked my phone in again on the 28th of May since it stopped charging and wouldnt switch on again, yesterday i recieved an SMS stating my phone is irreplacable and ready for collection. Honestly i feel cheated after having spent R1798 for a repair job i ask myself if that battery that was inserted in my phone an original iphone battery i had to constantly have my phone on the charger if i wanted to use it but it was new how is that possible. I highly dount i will be needing your services for any of my apple devices after recieving such pathetic service.
