MCB & Associates is a rip of company. I made an appointment with Andrew. I then cancelled the appointment, however he turned up and insisted he would wait for me. He explained the first consultation is free. I spoke to him less then 5mins when he told me fees would be min R 8000. I explained to him I will confirm the Tuesday. I signed the acknowledgement that I seen him however I did not sign his T&C. The following Tuesday Andrew did not contact me, I however am now receiving bills of R 2000 for first consultation. He is denying that he told me it was free. How can I be charged for a so called service that was less than 5min no advice given. They are rip off. IS this the way they make money. Tell clients free consultation then send bills. All client ripped off by MCB log complaints with the Law Society. The more people that come forward can help other people before they ripped off
I AM STILL WAITING SINCE LAST YEAR JULY FOR STAR SAT TO REMOVE MY PERSONAL DETAILS FROM INTERNET. THEY KEEP ON SAYING THEY CANNOT DO IT ONLY THE EX EMPLOYEE. STARSAT IS RESPONSIBLE AS HOW CAN THEY NOT GET HOLD OF ITUMULENG TO REMOVE MY DETAILS. THEY CAN CONTACT GOOGLE TO HAVE IT REMOVED. I AM NOW FOING TO EVERY SOURCE OF MEDIA TO EXPOSE STARSAT THAT THEY DONOT HAVE PROPER SECURITY IN PLACE AGAINST CLIENTS DETAILS...
I RENEWED MY 2 CONTRACTS LAST YEAR AND TOOK BLACK BERRY PHONES. WITHIN 3 MONTHS BOTH PHONES GAVE ME PROBS IT USED TO JUST SWITCH OF AND THEREAFTER IT DIDNT WANT TO CHARGE I TOOK IT TO TRADE ROUTE THEY TOOK PHONES IN. ONLY TO DISCOVER THEY GAVE US REFURBISHED PHONES THAT WERE WORST THEN THE ORIGINAL ONES. I AM PAYING A CONTRACT FOR NEW PHONES HOWEVER I HAVE 2 REFURBOSHED PHONES. THE PHONES ARE CONSTANTLY GOING OFF AND YES THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH BATTERY, NOW THE ONE DOES NOT WANT TO CHARGE..WHAT DO I DO..TAKE IT BACK RECEIVE BAD ATTITUDE AND REFURBISHED PHONES...I AM NOT PREPARED TO PAY FPOR SECOND HAND PHONES THIS IS UNFAIR WHEN WE COMPLAIN TO STAFF WE GET ATTITUDE. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR MORE THAN A YEAR AND NO SATISFACTION
I have noted that the person who called me in July is not a very competent person as he has only called me once. If he is a complaints person Star Sat should review his competencies , as giving clients incorrect information or promising to give feedback which never happens, I am sure that is not included in the Role profile, TO MAKE CLIENT A FOOL.<br> He explained to me the story of an ex-employee that uploaded my details and it will only be removed if she removes it. Well that is NOT MY PROBLEM as I hold the company responsible. The so-called complaints person to date has not called me with feedback.<br> This is against the BILL OF RIGHTS.. to invade a person privacy. CAN SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY DOING PLEASE CONTACT ME. WE HAVE A SYSTEM WHERE THE TRANSFORMER KEEPS ON BURNING OUT. WE WERE TOLD TO UNPLUG SYSTEM EVERY NIGHT. EACH MORNING WHEN WE AWAKEN THE SYSTEM IS DEAD. QUESTION WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN WHEN WE GO ON HOLIDAY. MUST I UNPLUG MY SYSTEM AND LEAVE MY SYSTEM OFF. ADT CANNOT FIND A SOLUTION. FIRST THEY BLAMED MY PLUGS THEN POWER SURGES. SINCE THEY HAVE RULED THAT OUT WHAT IS THE PROBLEM. IS ADT GOING TO PROVIDE ME WITH A 24 HOUR GYARD WHEN I GO ON HOLIDAY. PAYING FOR NO SERVICE
On the 29 May 2015 my husband and I went to OK to pay his account. he did not have his account number but he gave the cashier Simphiwe his details. She repeated his name then wanted the ID number. He told her how can she ask for ID when there are other customers around he will confirm address. Simphiwe then started raising her voice stating my husband always does this does not bring his account no. she started screaming and banging the counter. he in turn started screaming and banging the counter back . She then tells him he is acting like a girl which aggricated him more. this happened in the presence of other staff and customers. i told my husband to go i will speak to her. i spoke to her nicely she then started screaming at me i have an attitude i told her i am intelligent she then started swearing me i must spell intelligent. she continued screaming at me and refused payment. i wtold her she will take payment. my point is IS A RUDE UNCULTURED PERSON WHO SHOWED DISRESPECT TIO US SOMEONE WHO SEEKED ATTENTION WHERN OTHER STAFF MEMBERS CAME OUT.
ON MONDAY 20 APRIL 2015 MY TOPTV WENT OF AT 4PM. I CALLED TOP TV SPOKE TO VERONICA. SHE HAD ME ON THE LINE FOR MORE THAN HALF HOUR MAKING CHANGE DETAILS TO SEE IF TOPTV WILL WORK. SHE THEN TELLS ME ITS NOT MY PROB ITS TOP TV PROB.ON TUES I TRIED TO CLL THE CC AGAIN AND NO ONE ANSWERED. I KEPT ON CALLING FROM MY CELL. WE THEN RECEIVE A SMS CONFIRMING IT IS TOP TV FAULT. TODAY I CALL AGAIN AND SEDICK ANSWERS HE TELLS ME TO TAKE OUT PLUG AND PUT BACK IN STILL NOT WORKING. I CALL BACK AGAIN AND SPEAK TO PATRICK WHO DOES THE CHECK AND TELLS ME ITS MY PROB I THEN TELL HIM VERINICA AND TOPTV CONFIRMED ITS THEIR FAULT, HOW CAN IT BE THEIR PROB NOW THEY MOVED IT O ME. I WANT MY TOP TV FIXED I APID MY PREMIUM INFACT IM IN ADVANCE AND ITS NOT WORKING. SECONDLY TOP TV CONFIRMED ITS THEIR PROB A IWANT MY REBATE FOR NOT HAVING TOP TV SINCE MON AFTERNOON. MYTOPTV WORKED FINE UNTIL THEY HAD A TECHINCAL PROB. THIS IS UNACCEPATABLE
