They debited my account without my consent, approval or registration. I only booked a flight through them but it seems like they put me in some kind of subscription. I did not authorise that. Moreover, it is impossible to get a hold of them. Just don't use them for anything because they will use your details without you consenting.
Ordered a juicer online on 15 June 2025. To date, no communication, no update, it’s like nothing ever happened. My sister warmed me against buying anything online at Makro, did I listen? Now this!
A ****roach infested place!!!! I’ve never seen so many ****roaches in my life. What’s worse, I only saw after the treatments when we went back to our room. What a disgusting experience. ****roaches upon ****roaches, small, medium and large, moving around comfortably!!! CLEAN THE PLACE!!
I received a call from Mondo about 2 months ago offering me the Wifi rooter and I accepted. They promised to deliver within 2 - 5 days of which they didn't. I attempted several times for several days to contact them but the call gets cut off at 4:58 of holding. They called me again to offer me the same thing and I told Adele and she promised to sort the problem out. My account was billed and I don't have a rooter. <br> <br> They can not claim that they are out of stock as Adele confirmed that stock is available. They cannot claim that the courier company did not find me at work because when I leave work, I leave with instructions for anything to be delivered to me. <br> <br> I request that they either deliver my rooter or pay back the money that was debited.
