****MER- MOBILITY HOME CARE KIMBERLEY HAS A **** ADDRESS AND IS A ****MER OF NOTE. The company does not exist, and the two numbers on the **** website are all going to the same person with a **** name of John Parker. He is robbing innocent people. He even told me no one will catch him.
I am having internet problems for the past week at home and at work. I am an old Telkom client, and did not have the problems of late. I made many calls to the call center and eventually went in (twice) at the Telkom office in Richards Bay, Boardwalk. The first time it was a phone setting, and I was ever so glad. Yesterday it was the portable mobile router which I recently renewed my contract on. The man was to say the least very unfriendly and had very irritable gestures while speaking to me, to the point where I told him that it is very noticeable that he is irritated and asked if I can assist him finding the gmail icon on my phone. Eventually he did a sim-swop and asked me to sign 5 x times on heaven knows what. Then he said I must check. Which I did, and it did reflect the wifi as working. However, I knew, coming to work in the CBD, it may not work. Belief it...I have no internet at work... How do one go back, knowing that TELKOM employees do not want to assist and have no problem in showing their annoyance to customers whom have been loyal for many years? This is pathetic. And what is the ****** problem with no internet or very broken internet service??? We are getting poorer and poorer, so we cant afford not to have what we pay for. I am changing to another service provider on all 3 accounts I have as soon as I can, if this is not drastically addressed.
