At the beginning of February 2016, I contacted FAB Water Engineering to come and do an urgent repair to my garden irrigation system. I have a borehole which services my garden and my swimming pool. I have contacted FAB no less than 4 times and have been told (over a period of nearly 2 weeks) that they are extremely busy and will be coming out. Quote: \a job card has been issued\". But nothing! I decided to find another company today (Thursday) and they are coming out to do the repair tomorrow (Friday). When I phoned FAB to tell them not to bother coming out - it was with a \"whatever\" kind of response. Terrible service and shocking attitude particularly from a lady called Elize. "
This guy is a con artist and fraudster. DO NOT USE HIM. Check out all the other complaints against him. We have all suffered the same loss and been ripped off by him. This guy is a con artist! He is ripping people off, taking their money. He supposedly repaired my aircon compressor in December 2015. The aircon worked for 2 weeks and no more. From the 9th of January 2016 I have sent him sms's, tried phoning him - he has now blocked my number. We need to take this man to task - he is ripping us off. Please contact me on 0847773150. I have been receiving a number of SMS DAILY from Millward Brown to take part in some survey! I have NEVER given permission to this company to use my cell phone number. I have been replying to the sms: NO to \opt out"of their crap that they are sending me but I am still receiving this nonsense. The sms that I am sending to \""opt out\"" of your nonsense is costing ME money!!!! This is INVASION of my PRIVACY!!! WHO gave you permission to send these sms to me? This is my personal"
A tracking device was installed in my Honda Accord over 3 years ago - the car was sold over 2 years ago. The contract was cancelled with Netstar. All good, you would think - WRONG! Three months ago, out of the blue, money is deducted from my business bank account. NETSTAR have decided, on their own, that I owe them money. THIS IS TWO YEARS AFTER my car has been sold! I phone Netstar, explain everything, they tell me that the contract will be cancelled and the money reimbursed. I, in the meantime, contacted my bank and requested them to reverse the debit order. NETSTAR then deducted a DOUBLE payment last month, so I thought perhaps I should leave it and then they will reimburse me. WRONG - they deducted yet another double payment this month. I have sent THREE separate emails to them, so that I have a paper trail and I have not even had the courtesy of someone coming back to me. I have in the meantime notified my bank that this company is now fraudulently taking money from me. The bank has returned my money but NETSTAR have not contacted me. I want to know that they are not going to try to take any further money from me and that they have in fact made a mistake.
This morning my battery on my car was flat, so I decided to contact 1st for Women (whom insures my home and vehicle). I called the Call Centre number and was immediately transferred to the Road Assist section. I have to say that I have never, in my life, received such fantastic service! The Guardian Angel vehicle was with me in one hour - in that hour I received four telephone calls to check if someone had been to assist me. The young man that came to my house was professional, courteous and sorted out my vehicle within a matter of minutes. I would like to commend 1st for Women on their excellent staff and just say Thank you! My Monday started off badly but I can honestly say that this service really made my day! Super happy! Thank you!
I took out 3 Policies on 24 April 2015. On the 21st of May I sent emails cancelling the policies. One of the policies was cancelled and I was promised to have money returned for this policy. The other two policies were not cancelled. At the end of May money was deducted for these two policies. I sent another email on the 2nd of June to ask what was happening but no response. I was under the impression that the policies were cancelled but have not had any money refunded. My bank has just informed me that ANOTHER debit order has gone through my account deducting for the two \cancelled"policies. I have all the emails to prove that I have cancelled as well as confirmation emails from Clientele that they have received my emails. Mpho helped me today and asked me if I have sent a SIGNED letter through to them to cancel these policies! And I get told I am going to lose my money! One policy cancelled without a signed letter and two other NOT cancelled but NOW I need to send a signed letter!! I WANT MY POLICIES CANCELLED AND RETURN MY MONEY! I had to spend 25 mins on the phone explaining 3 times including re-sending emails! """
I received a letter to say that my premiums would be increased. As I have recently taken out Comprehensive Insurance with FFW, I was a little peeved that I am already receiving an increase letter. I phoned FFW and Kyle Snyman assisted me, very efficiently - sorting out my policy, changing my address and I even received a slightly lower premium. I am very happy! Thank you Kyle, you ROCK!!
