unacceptable service. they promise an agent will sort out my card machine problem but 24 hours later im still waiting after numerous messages. I lost business because clients couldn't pay absolutely poor.... will never recommend
poor service regarding fibre installation.
I applied for Fibre in june and according to the website, there is openserve fibre in my area and was informed that it will take up to 4 weeks to install. Up to date my fibre is not installed and nor did I receive any update from afrihost. I came to find out from OpenServe that my area is a future fibre area. AFRIHOST you've wasted my time. Im going to cancel and you can take your stupid router back

I requested that my personal details be changed online as a service provider 6 months ago with 3 emails and all the required documentation but to date it hasn't been changed.
